âThere is no elevator in this hotel and itâs not listed they donât have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldnât put us on the lower level.â

âI did not seen food any of the three mornings I woke up there. There was a plastic container with slices of bread though and a toaster.
There is no pool on this property. There are no available personal items in the bathroom but there are dispensers with liquid soaps in them for the shower and for the sink, we ran out of toilet paper before we left.â

âThe TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and donât recommend it to anyone.

âWe checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor.
The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. Iâll lever go back to this hotel. Itâs full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic.
We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else.
The hot tub in our room was amazing, thatâs the only good thing I have to say about this place.â
