Som rubriken säger, är detta vackra 3-sovrum 1 och ett halvt badrum vintage hus med stor omsluten veranda ligger inom ett par minuters promenad till den vita sanden i den nationellt erkända Ocean Beach Park.
Huset har ett fullt utrustat kök med gasspis och räckvidd, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kyl / frys, brödrost och gasgrill för att förbereda mat medan du underhåller dig själv med den medföljande 40 'HDTV internet och gas-öppen spis för de mysiga nätter.

Parkera ditt fordon säkert i 1-bilgaraget och / eller säkert på gatan för ytterligare utrymme.

Inom Ocean Beach, förutom en halv mil lång strandpromenad, hittar du vattenrutschbanor, barnens vattenpark, karusell, arkad, pool i olympisk storlek, träningsvärldsgym, minigolf, Carvelglass, 1 bar / restaurang, strandpromenadunderhållning och mycket Mer! Perfect Summer Beach Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk to the white sand at Ocean Beach Park. The house itself is spacious, clean, and cozy, with plenty of room for our group of 7. We especially loved the large wrap-around porch for relaxing after a day at the beach.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a gas stove and lobster pot to a wine and coffee station—truly perfect for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor shower was a great touch after the beach, and the gas fireplace made the evenings cozy.Everything about this house made our trip so easy and enjoyable. It’s clear the hosts thought of everything to make it convenient and welcoming.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient beach escape. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Comfy and great location

House was clean, beds were comfortable. Host was very kind and responsive. Right next to Ocean Beach Park with boardwalk, swimming, mini amusement park, and big pool. Great for families.

Great location

We had two families stay here. The description was confusing as some parts say it sleeps 8 and some it sleeps 10. We had 10 people. Our two youngest boys had to sleep on the couch and Love set in the basement which was ok. The full couch is a pullout, however with the love seat where it is, you cannot pull it out. Overall, it worked. The location for going to the beach is great. They had an umbrella and beach chairs to use which is nice. The huge porch is really pretty. The owners met us at the property and showed us around when we arrived and were friendly.

Great beach getaway for families with

We stayed at this property for a long weekend toward the end of the summer. The house was perfect for our needs, it was my husband and I, my son, his wife, and their two children. It was very spacious with room for gatherings, or for just being off by yourself. The property is directly across a Beach parking lot entrance and close to all that Ocean Park Beach has to offer – amusements miniature, golf, water, slides, and of course the beautiful beach. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. The park had a concert and fireworks one night and lots of late night cars going up and down the road that evening, but otherwise it was relatively quiet.. we enjoyed our stay here very much!

Home Sweet Home

I am actually born and raised in New London. Graduated from St Bernard High School Uncasville. Walked or rode bicycle to Ocean Beach everyday during summer. It was unbelievable staying right next to the ocean during our stay! It brought me back to a lot of great memories! Great space to be in. Hopefully, with God’s will. Perfect for our family reunion of 6 adults and two small children. Kitchen and dining table were good size. Location was excellent for going to the beach. Owners were accommodating. Had lovely outside areas to sit, although the weather prevented us from doing so. House has beautiful wood features. Living room was perfect size for us.

Rental at Ocean Beach Park

We were a family with grandparents, adult children and two small children. It was a perfect location right next to Ocean Park which is wonderful for kids and adults. Our host was lovely and the house was perfect. We had a fabulous time!

Perfect place for Ocean Beach Park vacation

House is exactly as pictured and described. Literally across the street from Ocean Beach Park entrance. Tony and TIna were friendly and attentive. They came over a couple times with items we needed and a gift of fresh herbs from their garden. (they live nearby which is so much better than a remote caretaker)

The property is very close to the beach. The beach passes provided are very beneficial. Parking right outside the home is also another perk. The information communicated by the owner was minimal. I had to contact about the check in and check out process. Check out was a half hour earlier than stated on VRBO. As far as location, if you are walking to the beach you unfortunately can’t go in the entrance right across the street and have to walk a few blocks. The house suited us fine but is not exactly as described. It can use some major updating. The master bathroom is tiny and cannot and will not accommodate someone tall or plus size. Master bedroom also has virtually no lighting. The kitchen has most of the necessary items but unfortunately had fruit flies. The washer and dryer are in an area that could use some sprucing up. Most disappointing was the inability to use the kayaks. Upon questioning the owner it was learned that we had to bring our own life jackets and something about liability when it clearly stated under amenities that 2 life jackets were provided along with kayaks. None of that information was shared or communicated prior to our arrival or we would have brought life jackets. Needless to say my teenage kids were very bummed. There was also no welcome basket, and two beach towels for a house that can accommodate 8. The description and what is stated on VRBO is not 100% accurate. Please be aware that you will also be charged per person per day over 4 people if you rent this property. Shame on me for not realizing this before I booked and paid. I have never before accrued these types of fees when using VRBO. This makes no sense to me when I specifically looked for and rented based on a party of 6. Seems like nice owners who genuinely want guests to enjoy themselves but they could use some assistance accurately advertising on VRBO.

Can't get closer to the beach!

This is a really lovely house. Close enough to the beach to hear the waves and smell the sea. It couldn't be more comfortable or pleasant and the hosts are incredibly responsive. Will definitely be back!
