“The room was spotless and the view (room 8 ) amazing . We saw some beautiful sunsets. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious, especially the haggis.”

“Had a great time, the chef Ian is an amazing cook food was delicious, his lovely wife tash served us dinner and drink’s and kindly wrote down place’s to visit. All the other staff were happy smiley especially the young staff Olivia from reception and Josh serving breakfast. The excellent staff definitely make’s the hotel a great place to visit.”

“It was clean and the staff offered to help with any bags or see us to our room. We stayed one night on our way through town. This is an old building. It was exactly what we expected and needed. If you want a new hotel this is not it. You will be disappointed. However, it is quiet, worn but clean, cozy, and very convenient at a very reasonable price.”

“This was the best accommodation that we had in our whole two weeks in the UK. The owners are absolutely lovely and amazing, the dinner was divine, the breakfast was very tasty and the setting of the lighthouse right at the coast is absolutely stunning. Also, our dog was very welcome and loved it. I definitely recommend this to everyone - even if just for a dinner or lunch.”
