“Very clean!!! but the handle for the cold water was broke..stripped...It wa.hard to wash your face and brush your teeth with very hot water. Great amount of towels...excellent...every thing!!!”

When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.”

“Lovely hotel. The architecture is very pretty and sitting in the lounge gives you a very luxurious feeling. The staff is very friendly, especially the staff in the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant. The food is great. We had dinner here and the beyond burger is to die for. The lack of a breakfast buffet felt strange, until we had breakfast. Best breakfast ever. And the server was so very nice to us. Clean rooms, nice service, beautiful outdoor seating on the padio. You can't go wrong...
