Lugnt område
Fint hotell med stora rum, bekväma sängar. Verkar rel nybyggt eller nyrenoverat. Fräsch frukost, inte så stor men väldigt bra frukost! Dock står det i informationen om hotellet att det finns restaurang men den har bara frukost så missvisande info. Hotellet ligger i ett tyst och lugnt område, bra promenad avstånd till allt. Man hör inte Bourbon Street än fast så nära! New Orleans har allt man kan begära..., ljuvlig mat och trevliga människor. Mycket att uppleva!

The only thing is the lighting in the room was dimmed. More or better lighting and longer mirror maybe not put in the back of the entrance door. Could not view the lower body.

Appreciated that my room was cleaned every day without me asking with fresh linens. Guy that checked me in was very hospitable and informed me of a concert that still had tickets if I didn’t have any plans. Good location with easy access to Bourbon/French Quarter/Canal.

The air conditioning did not work that last 2 days , room did not have any windows very dark, staff was not helpful did not know basic questions regarding the area , overall very disappointed did not want to spend any time in our room to depressing

Check In/Check Out process was extremely easy and efficient, the front desk staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Hotel was located within perfect walking distance from most French Quarter activities. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not feel that the environment matched the photos at all. The hotel felt drab and unwelcoming. The room was also disappointing. It felt like a lifeless box and the dirty window looked out to other rooms. Overall, this hotel needs a redesign and cleaning.

Staff discriminated my disability and charged me for my registered service animal. Not to mention...hair in the bed, shower, and it looked as if the sheets had not been changed. When i contacted the front desk and management, they said they were too busy and would.call me back. ..which they did not.

This hotel did not look like the pictures. We were very disappointed. Would not return. The property was unkept. The plants were dried out. The rooms smelled. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Was also upset that my Best friend who booked thru the hotel directly spent $75 less than the price I bought on expedia. Expedia - you need to do better!

The location was perfect-just a short block walk to Bourbon street. Valet parking is expensive but didn't know where else to park so.....There was no noise at night-maybe we were on a floor by ourselves?
