The house fit our family of 8 adults and 4 kids great! We had our own rooms and the kids had space to run and play. The house had everything we needed for cooking our own meals and was conveniently located. The park was a short walk and the kids loved it! If we ever get back to the area we would be sure to book again!

So much fun great house,lots of hot water (10 people). Caught catfish and bass in waterway behind house, great location gotta try the fiery crab,super quiet except us,lol nice place to unwind after downtown New Orleans great communication with host, best vacation ever thanks!!!!

Beautiful home. Arrival and departure information was provided as stated when we reserved it. Communication with owner was smooth and he was very attentive to any questions we had. Will definitely keep tjis house in mind if we return to New Orleans to visit.

Easy to get to and check in. Overall a good spot, but it’s not clean. Carpet is super worn, scuff marks everywhere on walls, lawn is not maintained, tons of Cobb webs in windows and most surfaces are grimey. Needs some TLC to just maintain it a bit more.

Youth retreat

Our group of 10 stayed there on our youth retreat. It was a suitable drive to New Orleans, where we volunteered at the Giving Hope Food Bank, and we held our youth VBS there at night. The space worked out well for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Jazz Fest

Our family loves this property. Very spacious and we had so much room and space for everyone in the family. Huge backyard to hangout in and my brothers did some fishing from the backyard. The property owner is extremely nice and helpful. We will be renting this house agin next year.

Quick stay before cruise

The house was in a good neighborhood, the property owner was easy to work with and even let us drop off luggage at home prior to check in time. Reaching owner prior to arrival was tougher, but was day of arrival came around it was much easier. A suggestion would to do a deep clean (cob webs specially) and some house maintenance would give the house even extra love. Overall the house was great and would recommend to others.

The perfect house for a big family!

This house had the perfect number of rooms for all 12 of us! My elderly in-laws were able to stay in the huge king size room downstairs, so they did not have to go up and down the steps. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law had a queen size room downstairs and their children had the other queen size room downstairs. My husband and I, and my three kids had the upstairs to ourselves. It had two queen size bedrooms and a sitting room with a small couch, a TV and a Foosball table. All of the beds are comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. The had thoughtful touches like rolled up blankets in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a kitchen table and a dining room table, so we had one table for the adults and one for the kids. It has a large walk-in pantry. The fenced backyard is a great size. Here are some small imperfections and a few suggestions: When we first got there there was a bucket full of cigarette butts out back. I had to empty it. There were no activities or games for kids except the Foosball table. We hooked up a sprinkler to the hose, but there were two holes in the hose. A deck box with some outdoor games and more chairs on the patio would be great. Several of the legs on the dining tables and chairs were loose.The hand soaps were mostly water. Many of the outlets in one of the bedrooms upstairs were taken up by random wires. A power strip would helpWe would stay here again!Thanks!

Home was beautiful

We came to NOLA for one night before boarding our cruise. The home itself was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures and there was plenty of space for our group. HOWEVER, the cleaning was not great. It was dust and long spider webs all throughout and it was left over food in the master suite under the first layer of bedding. The middle room downstairs had cups from previous groups still in the bedroom. The fridge smelled horrible. Also, the host was not responsive. When we arrived, it was a game broken upstairs, I immediately messaged them to inform them about it so no extra charges would incur and got no response. AND to add insult to injury I received a bill for a stained bedsheet, and I can GURANTEE you that it's the sheet that was in the room where the bedding had not been changed prior to our stay, we slept on top of the covers because they had not been changed. I typed up my review to submit once I arrived back from my cruise and sent it to my email prior to their charges which is timestamped to prove that my review is NOT a retaliation to the charges.

Wonderful Experience

Lots of room for an unexpected Christmas

Our family was coming in town from all over and we had a pipe burst, so we had to relocate. We were able to have an amazing Christmas in this great home. The only thing that this home needs is more pots and pans and dishes.

Nice Home for New Orleans Area

Our stay was to allow some in our group to go to LSU/UCLA football game in Baton Rouge and for others to explore New Orleans. The location worked well for both and had plenty of room for all. Check-in and check-out was very easy and Gurjit was very helpful and accommodating in assisting us.
