Great small house!
Sharon was very nice and communicative! The property has a very nice kitchen and laundry to help travel at ease. The beds and bathroom were nice too which made it a great place for staying. The area is a walkable from a lot of great areas, but you do have to walk through some rougher parts of town so we felt safer ubering late at night to get back home.

Excellent Place!
There's not much else to say other than that. Sharon was a great host. Place was perfect! Made some suggestions on how to improve some things and she acted immediately! Was totally not expecting that at all. They were merely suggestions. LOL! The neighborhood is a bit rough, but there's not many other places within proximity that aren't. At no time did we not feel safe. Can't wait to stay again!

I’m so glad you enjoyed the Bi Easy Charmer. When we talked before your arrival, I described the neighborhood, and you expressed that as long as it was a safe area you were ok. We talked about the about the train tracks, which are included in the description of the house on the Verbo site. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy all the newly planted trees along the canal between the street and the train tracks., my neighborhood continues to improve in appearance. As do many parts of this city.

Started To Feel Like Home
Nice and cozy! Sharon was very welcoming and had everything in order and ready for our arrival. The place was clean and supplied with all essential needs. The cutest thing, she has an info sheet to help guide you to great music and good food…we were very appreciative for that (the small things). She made sure our trip was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Sharon!! P.S. I read a lot of reviews about the location but let me tell you, she’s in a secluded spot where there was not a lot going on. Very quiet. The most I witness was the train (which you can’t really hear inside) and a nice lady walking her dog. We felt extremely safe with not a worry in the world!! Will definitely stay here again.

I want to come back!
The property felt like home. It was well decorated and the kitchen was amazing (I wished I cooked while there). The neighborhood was quite. I truly forgot I was on vacation. Sharon was very welcoming and friendly as well as informative about things to do in the area. I give this property 5 STARS.

Sharon was great! The house was really clean.
Great property with a host that went above and beyond my expectations! Coffee, sugar, creamer, even some instant oatmeal so you didn't have to run out for the little things. Being able to park off street was a huge plus! Neighborhood was pretty rough but alot of New Orleans is. For the price point it was above what I expected.

Lovely Stay in NOLA.
We love this apartment. It's on ground floor and is nice and roomy with a nice kitchen and bathroom. We did not mind at all that the neighborhood has been described as not so pretty. There is a train track across the street but with the doors closed you can't hear a thing. It's only a short Uber ride from the French Quarter and Market and almost everything else. If we are lucky enough to come back to NOLA we would definitely try to book this property. Sharon, the manager, was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and gave us several good tips.

Great!
The place was perfect! Was the right size for my family. Although in a neighborhood that was upon first impressions probably not the safest, we felt at ease at night sleeping. Will definitely stay there again, but will bring our own transportation. Very close to public transit.

Terrible Neighborhood
I want to say all good things but unfortunately, I can not. This house is in a TERRIBLE neighborhood and as we were driving through to get to it, I had an intense sense of dread. In 3 days, to/from once per day, we spent $222 in Uber/Taxi fees for transportation - $9 Uber to the French Quarter is a lie. It cost $40 (with tip) to take a taxi from the airport which was cheaper than Uber/Lift (in fact, Lift drivers wouldn't come to this neighborhood) and $54 to take an Uber back. Train tracks directly are across the street and no businesses are in sight. My city is fairly high crime but there's no way we'd walk ANYWHERE in that neighborhood. I watched people graffitiing the closed building about 60 feet away while outside...that felt safe. The house inside is eclectic and comfortable, outside has a serious wasp problem and way overgrown grass. You may save a little money to stay here but you'll likely lose the savings on transportation and food delivery.

The property is very clean. Coffee was provided. We had everything we needed and close proximity to everything. The neighborhood isn’t lovely but we had no problems.

Loved our stay here! The place was close enough to the French Quarter yet far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle. Sharon made our stay very comfortable! She was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If we are ever back in New Orleans, I’d love to stay here again!

Nice
I got everything I needed for our 4 day weekend to see The Rolling Stones. Very convenient location for cheap fares to hot spots and Superdome. This was my 3rd visit to NOLA in the last 18 months. And my favorite place to stay so far. Topped my Sheraton and Hilton Riverside experiences. Sharon was a friendly and helpful.

Awesome!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Sharon was so accommodating. She was available for every question from the time of booking until we left. The shower was so beautiful. She lives about the home but doesn’t bother you. I heard a few footsteps but nothing to major. What you can expect from living in an apartment of some sort. I would stay here everytime I came to Nola HONESTLY. It wasn’t far from the places me and my friends went. It is right in from Of a train track so be mindful of the noise. I grew up around trains and airplanes so it didn’t bother me. House was very clean and spacious. The green room was a tad warmer than the blue I think because of the glass door that leads to the outside but you can change the thermostat according to your comfort. I felt very safe there. Thanks Sharon for your awesome hospitality.

Wonderful stay in New Orleans!
Sharon was a really gracious host and her house is just lovely; we were three people staying in the two bedrooms and on the sofabed and we were all very comfortable. The location was good for access to the French Quarter; it would be slightly easier with a car but we used the bus quite often and the stop was less than a 10-minute walk away. In the evenings we usually took a cab home and from the French Quarter it was about $15. Sharon left us some good tips about places nearby and all the amenities in the house were great! Would happily stay here again!

Close to everything
This was our first weekend vacation without a car and it was wonderful. $8 to uber to the French quarter!! The location was wonderful The house was spotless and quiet—lots of privacy! I would highly this one for anyone who wants a quiet location ( except for occasional trains) away from the French quarter craziness!

It was everything owner promised and a beautiful home
The owner and this rental house Met all my expectations. The owner accommodated all my needs even allowing me to have a late entry into the house after 9 PM when I arrived on a late flight. She made me feel welcomed and offered some good advice for my Stay in New Orleans. Although the house is located in a busy city area with some rough surrounding. The house has plenty of security and the house is secluded and not by many neighbors. I would recommend this rental property that is looking for a beautifully comfortable decent priced rental property. Can’t beat this deal.

Sharon and everything was great!
Sharon was very nice and friendly! She was available to ask questions and help us when we needed. The house is beautiful and very clean. Close to anywhere you want to go, never spent more than $10 on an uber. We will stay here anytime we come to NOLA!

Sharon was awesome from the start. I wanted a cake delivered to the home but it was set to arrive before my plane arrived.Sharon accepted the cake and my best friend was very surprised.The home was exactly as pictured. Very clean house.Sharon gave me and my best friend ideas of where to go and things to do..I would recommend anyone to visit New Orleans and stay a Sharon's. Close to French Quarters and surrounding attractions..

I can only give 3 stars due to the neighborhood. Sharon was an absolute gem and the house was decorated excellent. Our group got awaken at 5AM to gun shots outside the house. I did not feel comfortable after that. I was glad we were leaving the next day.

Well worth the money!
We had an absolute blast while in New Orleans! The property has been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous and up to date. Its only a 7-10 minute drive to the quarter (at the most). If you are wanting to take an Uber/Lyft its only about 10 bucks, plus there is parking in front of the home so you are off the street. Sharon met us at the door with keys and walked us thru the property and gave us some pretty solid directions and advice. Having use of the washer and dryer made things super easy. My wife and I loved this property and will definitely be back for future visits with Sharon. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends and/or family. We traveled with 4 adults and the house had so much space!

Great!!
Mrs. Sharon's house felt like a home away from home from the moment we checked in. Honestly, the house looks picture perfect. Everything was nice and clean. The location is about a 10 minute drive to the French quarter, and most attractions, if you decide not to use Uber. She provides parking, so you do not have to park on the street, which is great. Mrs. Sharon's house is the best option when staying in New Orleans, compared to a hotel in my opinion. Also, she is very quick to reply back to you, which I enjoyed.

Our stay was excellent here and would love to go back.
The property was kept clean and ready for us when we got there. It was close to the airport as well as traveling highways. Kitchen had everything necessary to relax between vacation adventures. Sharon was a great host! Highly recommend to NOLA visitors.

Sharon and the place were great!
My friend and I rented this place for a quick girls trip to NOLA. The property was exactly as advertised and Sharon was very helpful. She not only checked in with us regularly to make sure our needs were being met, but she was willing to help with recommendations about where to go and what to do. The location was slightly further from the French Quarter than we anticipated, but it was always a quick Uber trip to wherever we wanted to go. Great trip and great place!

Wow Hermaniena, I'm surprised by your low review. You raved about my place when you spoke with me for quite some time, as you and your family were loading up to leave. Your reservation was for 4 people for 3 nights, But you brought in an extra 2 adults and a young child without ever notifying me. That's 7 guest. I have a 6 person maximum, and my place is stated as unsuitable for young children. So I guess I'm getting a low rating from you because, you were held accountable for the 3 extra guest staying at my place.

So beautiful, big and clean with a friendly feel
My daughter and her best friend, my son and his girlfriend and I all stayed at the property for 6 nights and it was Perfect for us. We really enjoyed the rich feel of the decor as well as the spaciousness of the home. It's tad off the beaten track but not too far. We Ubered quite a bit as well as familiarized ourselves with public transportation. Overall, A+. We are looking forward to booking this lodging again soon.

Beautiful home in a location that is close to the quarter!
My husband and I with our 2 small kiddos stayed here. We travel a lot with our kiddos and they are well behaved, so this was a perfect home for us. We had a wedding to attend in the quarter and small kiddos in the quarter at night was not something we wanted. We found this home and it was available during our stay, so we booked it. It was perfect! Sharon and Danny are wonderful hosts. Sharon was even nice enough to notify us of a water boil advisitory which no other host at any other VRBO or hotel did for other guests that were in town and there was over 100 guests from out of town for the wedding. Thank you Sharon and Danny!!

Great stay, beautiful renovated home!
We stayed here at this home with 6 people total. Each had a positive stay. We loved how they fixed up the home, shower was huge, only 1 bathroom which might be a problem for some, we stayed 1 night so it was fine. Beds were nice and comfortable, pullout couch was little rough but as long as you bring an air mattress you'll be fine if your staying with more than 4 people. Uber was 10 dollars to the French Quarter. Only thing I didn't like was the noise, there is a train on the other side of the road. So be mindful of that. Other than all of that, we had a great stay here in New Orleans with great hosts that were available anytime of the day to answer any questions.

Great place, close to everything
The place is amazing if your planning on a having a few people with you. We had our family and accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of space to move around and lounge. Make you feel at home. Close to French quarter and Frenchman street. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful place!
