Hi Don,All the rooms have a small refrigerator. Did you open the refrigerator? You are correct we set two welcome bottles of water. In the refrigerator, we have other types of water for your purchase. Sorry, you missed the snacks, espresso machine, a large selection of teas, and the large bottles of water in the dining room where you had breakfast.Our Staff is there from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm every day. We are always there. After 6:30 the leave-in innkeeper goes to their room and is available by phone or in emergencies.I did enjoy talking to you and your friends about the restaurants.Monica

Although we do not have a lift, the Inn is ADA wheelchair accessible, with common areas being barrier free, as well as one ADA accessible suite with a roll in shower and support bars throughout. We will also work on having more toiletries available in our rooms.

Hi Kim, We're sorry you weren't able to park at the Inn for the entirety of your stay. Unfortunately parking is limited due to the historic nature of the venue. Should you visit again in the future, the streetcar is a great alternative for transportation. It stops directly in front of the Inn and will take you all over the city for only $1.25. I am confused. You said that you enjoyed your massage. When I called you to follow up on the service and also said the same to Jason when we asked you How was the massage and you said “It was great” You did not pay us for the massage service or the room before arrival I do not have any control if the virtual card from Expedia was decline at check-in.
