The room itself was decent, modern, and clean. However, the overall atmosphere of the "hotel" was marred by a strong smell of mold and urine, which had clearly been masked by Lysol or some cleaning product. Upon my arrival, the check-in process was nothing short of horrific. Despite my early arrival at 11 am, I opted to pay an extra $40 for an early check-in at 1 pm. Unfortunately, I had no place to leave my luggage as all six lockers were occupied. Despite my communication about the exhaustion from my flight, no accommodations or solutions were offered.
To make matters worse, I had not anticipated that my neighbor would be somewhat sketchy, and I did not feel safe wandering around with all my luggage. The customer service came across as artificial and condescending. Whenever I needed assistance, it felt like a painstaking process. I had to contact someone through the app's chat, and by the time I finally received relevant information regarding my stay, I had to rush somewhere as I was on a work trip and needed to stick to a tight schedule.
