Hotell nära New Palace

“Very disappointing experience and far below the standard of hospitality we expected from a five-star hotel. We paid over ₹20,000 for our stay from August 16–19. I specifically chose Sayaji so my 70-year-old father, 65-year-old mother, and 15-year-old son would be comfortable while I was away. “It is centrally located and I was given a large room. The worst part was it had molds and the room outside smelled of ammonia. The breakfast wasn’t great and the was very limited food to eat that did not cater for people from abroad.”

“Good property to stay at”

“Horrible , not clean and food is also bad not hygiene ”

“The rooms are substandard no value for money ”

“Ok”

“The room size was ok. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom. The staff was courteous and tried to get one.”

“Clean and spacious room..”

“The property needs serious upgrades. It feels quite dated and does not justify the tariff they charge. When we checked in, there was not enough staff available, so the manager and security person had to attend to our requests. Overall, the service and facilities did not match the price we paid.”
