This cottage offers two bedrooms (king 1st floor, two queens on 2nd floor) and two full baths. Features luxurious amenities throughout with a two-person jetted tub, cedar sauna, pool table, stone fireplace, full kitchen, full living room area, front porch with rocking chairs, AC, and cable TV with DVD player.

The town of Berlin has sidewalks throughout so you do not need a car to get around. Your unit has private parking and Berlin offers public parking.

There is no onsite office. Access to your unit is via keyless entry with a code we will provide you upon confirmation

The Village Dreams cottage is connected to a separate cottage. The town of Berlin is one of the best tourists destinations in the state of Ohio. Full of antique shops, Amish-made furniture, homemade goods, and much more! You will never go hungry as the area is full of delightful Amish baked goods and restaurants. The area also offers seclusion and scenery. Enjoy the rolling hills and views for miles as you drive around the beautiful countryside.

Non-Smoking Rooms
We are strictly non-smoking. Outside areas may be used for smoking only if the smoke does not enter any of the accommodations. A $250/night fee is assessed for smoking.

No Pets
Pets (no matter how well behaved) are not permitted at our properties. Please respect future guests with allergies and our efforts to keep up all rooms to highest standards. A $100/night pet fee is assessed.

We will not tolerate any behavior that disturbs other guests, including playing music too loud, arguments or fights, slamming doors, or damaging units. Any of these behaviors can result in your being asked to leave without a refund.
