Needed Retreat
We loved this place. It was exactly as pictured and Shaun our host was great. We couldn’t figure out the TV or the thermostat, he came in about 15 minutes to help. All the furniture was very comfortable as was the bed. Such a relaxing get away for us, just what we needed.

Clean and Comfortable
This was our first experience visiting New Port Richey and this home were just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The house was beautiful and comfortable, and we all felt at home. The house was immaculate and exceptionally well-stocked!!! The home is on a canal we loved that they had kayaks for us to use. We loved having our dinners on the screened-in porch. The owner responded to our questions immediately, and we were well cared for. We would stay here again!

Nice New Port Richey Location!
We enjoyed the house! It is beautiful! We had fun using the kayaks. It was all of our first time using them! A fish almost jumped into one of our kayaks and that was a bit interesting!! Lol!!
Good location if you want to go to the sponge docks! We found that the Honeymoon beach was a very nice beach to go too and very close!! Would stay here again for sure!!

Pelican House
Property was very clean and owners reached out to make sure everything was going OK. The only thing I would suggest is to use a less harsh smelling cleaner. I truly appreciated how much effort was made for property to be clean it was just a really strong smell upon arrival. Everything else was great. Bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed the screen porch. Very nice getaway. Thank you

Nice and quaint (It’s not a new home)
I was in town on business and stayed a month. Communication with the agent was great! Check in and out was great! Inside was nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathrooms were small. Everything about the bathroom including the toilets. I’m big but not huge. 6’-0” 220 lbs. Issues I had with the Master bath was the horizontal overhead rail stepping into the shower was low, shower/toilet area tight, toilets were small (a little difficult getting my plumbing in the hole when sitting on it), light above vanity hangs right in the way of the mirror. Overall, a very good experience. Close neighbors on both sides. Again, agent was great to work with! Super communication! Quaint little place!
