Perfect spot to relax
We had a wonderful stay at T's Beach House. It really is the perfect spot to relax and is spacious enough for all. There was a lovely little selection of toys for our little one to play with too. The beach is literally on the doorstep and sandy shores a short walk or 2 minute drive a way. Therese kept in contact and quickly answered any questions we had. We'd love to return.

Celebration for dads 82nd birthday

Great Location
The beach house is in a great location with the beach directly behind the house. The house itself is very spacious with plenty of room for our family group of 6 adults and 2 teenagers. There is a Spar and a Chinese takeaway directly opposite the front of the house and the Chinese did was delicious. Also be sure to check out Reynolds ice cream van on the green next to the house, you won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous house and location
Really lovely house with amazing views. There was plenty of room for three generations of our family and we all had a brilliant time. The shop across the road was very convenient for things we had forgotten too! The owner was very helpful and we would love to visit again.

Great location for enjoying the beach
A great size property for family gatherings. It was very clean and tidy, and in a great location. The beach was a hit for everyone and so handy to be able to pop back to the house throughout the day. Handy having shops and takeaways nearby.

70th Birthday celebration week-end.
The house is in a perfect position for the beach. There is a grocery store just over the road. The house is very well equipped indeed, including toiletries. Just like being in a hotel. Parking for 3 cars, at a squeeze and extra overnight parking available at Sainsbury's in New Romney with Just park. The Dymchurch railway is a short distance away. Eat at Dimitri's for a first class Greek meal. Communication with the owner, Therese, was first class and helpful All in all a perfect weekend, enjoyed by everyone at the party. We will remember for a very long time

Great stay at Beach House
Thank you Therese for a wonderful stay at Beach House. Clean, well-equipped and great position right on the beach with lovely views from upstairs lounge. Had takeaway from the Chinese opposite on our first evening - phoned order and service was very quick and a thing to note is that they don't take cards, only cash. Dined at Demetrios restaurant which had a good atmosphere and friendly service - food was typical Greek fare and tasty. Went on the stream railway from New Romney to Dungeness which was worth the trip. Thanks again for the use of Beach House. A great time was had by all three generations and the two dogs!

Lovely stay at Littlestone on Sea
Great stay! Lovely house! Highly recommend! Beautiful sea view from the upstairs living room, and a gate from the lovely patio garden going straight to the beach. Whole family loved it!

Great location, comfortable and welcoming house
We really enjoyed the Beach House. Very well equipped with a large frig and a well-equipped kitchen/conservatory. The upstairs sitting room has beautiful views of the sea and the most enormous TV. It was easy to get out and about by foot, car and bicycle and there is a well-stocked supermarket directly over the road. Our family party changed its composition every few days but everyone could do their own thing. A relaxed family break.

Fantastic Week
This is a very special property. We had a very comfortable week with plenty of space and great facilities. It was so handy to be able to access the beach from the rear of the property and the shop and chinese from the front! The house had some lovely festive touches and the welcome bag of goodies was the best we have ever had. The rain didn't stop us exploring, we had some lovely walks investigating the beaches as well as the local history. We also sampled local pubs and takeaways as everything was in walking distance. We hope to visit again as it was such a fabulous location and property. Many thanks

Everything you are looking for
The house was bigger than expected. Each room was beautifully decorated with a different theme but with the overall feel of a beachside house. The position was ideal, effectively on the beach with great views from the first floor lounge and balcony. There was everything we needed and more including binoculars for the view and a special shower unit.

Fantastic new years stay
Fab place for a couple of families to finally get together after 20 months of lockdowns and rebookings. Therese has been a star throughout the whole process. Everything we needed to catch up, cook together, chillout, walk the dogs and kids, and de-stress. Highly recommended and will hopefully be returning at some point.

Ideal for family and friends.
Property was clean and plenty big enough for our group of 5 adults and 3 children. Whole house was exceptionally well equipped. Especially the Kitchen for home cooking. Wi-Fi, tv and smart speaker were great for some chilled out down time. We loved the beach. Highlights were train ride to Dungeness, a walk to the sound mirrors and a day trip to Rye.

Perfect family getaway
Lovely house, positioned right on the beach. Beautiful view from the lounge. Very well kept and well equipped house. I can’t think of anything that I would add. Good size too. We had 7 adults, a 3 year old and a baby and it accommodated all of us without a squeeze. Very comfy and good for mingling (big kitchen and island which can be perfectly used whilst talking to people sitting at the dining table or in the conservatory. The photos don’t do it justice.

Lovely family holiday.
This property was ideal for the extended family holiday. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and having the seating in the conservatory area meant we could sit and talk to the chef while they were cooking. Nice location for walks and time on the beach, but would need to travel a bit for something to do if weather not so good. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house!

Kent Coast Encounter
As 6 adults, two children and a labrador we were very pleasantly surprised with more than enough space, including a wonderful first floor lounge with sea views. Everything you could need was provided, down to the garden lights for enjoying an evening tipple. Local restaurants - The Mulberry (almost literally next door) and Demetrios - served good food, and The Pilot at Dungeness served both good beer and good food. Go-karting at Lydd was great fun, as was our trip to Port Lympne Safari Park. And with the beach only a few yards away we didn't really miss not experiencing the RH & D railway. It was a lovely week for all of us on the Kent coast. Thanks Therese.

Excellent house, lovely holiday
The house was really lovely, had everything you could want including really comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, lovely shower and the situation was ideal, right on the seafront and a convenience shop right opposite. We had a great holiday and would certainly recommend anyone to stay in this house.

Lovely retreat on the beach
We had an absolutely lovely time at T’s beach house. With the playground next door, the beach at our doorstep, and a pub a few steps away, it was a perfect location for a family holiday. T was so accommodating with our pile of dogs and kids, and everybody had a great time. It looks lovely in the photos but it’s even nicer inside, with big bedrooms and big, comfy reception room with the biggest TV we’d ever seen. The kitchen was really well stocked and the shop across the road made everything easy. We can’t wait to go back again!

Well needed holiday
So pleased we found this wonderful gem! Had a fabulous stay for 5 days and it was very relaxing. Had the beach to ourselves most days too. Therese was very helpful from start to finish and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Wish we were still there!

Amazing location
Just the most fabulous location by the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. A comfortable house with everything we needed including a little spar and Chinese takeaway right opposite. Therese was extremely helpful and went above and beyond before we arrived to ensure we were comfortable in the rather strange circumstances and also that we were happy. Sea View Holiday
Nice property in a great location. Limited restaurants in the vicinity but several take aways and a well equipped kitchen with a supermarket 5 mins drive away meant some family fun taking it in turns to cook. Best thing of course being able to walk the beach everyday which has dog friendly areas and dog free areas to suit everyone. Even on the hottest of days a short walk meant the beach was not crowded. Great cycle shop in New Romney with a beautiful traffic free cycle along the coast to Dymchurch.
