House Rules & Policies:

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, luxury space. Please read the following carefully:

A refundable deposit of $300 is due at the time of booking. Deposit will be due 7 days before check in. The deposit will be fully refunded 7 to 10 days after a full inspection of your the home. If there is any damage, the amount of the damage will be retained from the deposit, any additional amount owed will be billed to you and amount remaining will be refunded.
Smoking & Pets:
• No smoking or vaping inside the home, in front of the property or on the balcony. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 smoking removal fee
• No pets of any kind (including service animals – allergy sensitive)

Cleanliness & Care:
• No eating or drinking on the sofas
• No eating in the bedrooms
• Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use or when leaving the condo
