The check-in was process was extremely difficult, since the lady from the lobby tried to charge us twice for the room (even though we already prepaid on Hotels.com). I took her a while to understand what we were trying to tell her since she couldn't speak English. There were no towels available in the room. Because of that, we contacted them, but the communition was very difficult again. The breakfast is a a very small on the go sandwich with a hot soy meal, we were a little bit disappointed with the service and with the breakfast.
