“This trip is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Each time has been same. Consistent. The only thing I found which could improve is the complimentary breakfast. The coffee cups should be swapped out for mugs and the bakery goods could be fresher. I have one suggestion re the mattresses. They should be flipped or at least rotated once or twice a year. Everyone uses the beds as sofas, so the edges are well worn and making the beds less comfortable for sleeping. This situation is...

“Good hotel for a short stay. Wish the breakfast was offered up to 10:00 am; went down at 9:30 am everything was closed. The person at the desk who welcomed us was very kind and professional. While the person at the desk when we left was unfriendly and unhelpful.”
