The team had a personal emergency, and we were unable to get the hours covered in the time frame. I am also sorry for how you felt the server treatment was once coverage did arrive. This will be looked into. As for the sleeping member in the area, this is against the rules and once seen or alerted security is called. As it is a public space, it is hard at times to catch all patrons that nod off.
