NYC weekend
Ett utmärkt läge i en fantastiskt trevlig del av New York. Mycket vänlig och serviceinriktad personal på hotellet. Rummet var väldigt kompakt med bara lite plats av förvara bagaget.

Trevligt hotell
Rummet var okej, stort minus att badrummet inte är ett riktigt rum. Blir inte så privat att använda toaletten om du bor med någon. I övrigt trevligt hotell med bra läge.

Väldigt trevligt! Bra läge och fräscht hotell. Enda minuset var att det inte var en ordentlig dörr till toaletten, det hade iaf vi missat.

Arlo Soho - great stay
Loved this hotel!❤️ Stayed for a week with my soon to explore NYC. Small, clean room with large windows to get a good view of the city. Add breakfast to your stay - it was fab. Friendly staff. Free use of the cities bike which we used several days to get around. Close to subway stations. Great restaurants and lobby area to hang around.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience at Arlo SoHo. Our room had a clogged sink, a clogged shower which flooded the washroom, I had to ask multiple times to have room cleaned, when they finally came at 6pm they left only one clean bath towel (even though we left the dirty ones on the ground as requested). Telephone didn’t work, HVAC didn’t work (had to sleep with window open because room was 80 degrees). When checking-out front desk said they wouldn’t charge me for facilities fees. Hoping that they honour that. On a positive note, the breakfast included was a perk and location is good.

Excellent location, amazing design, and service was excellent-- the coffee at the lobby cafe was great. The only thing-- and it is the only thing-- is that the rooms are a wee bit tight. We are a couple and we did fine. It will help with intimacy.

The rooms are too noisy and extremely small even for NYC. This hotel is only good for one or two nights maximum. The noise from the street and rooftop bar is terrible. Very difficult to sleep. The traffic around the hotel is awful since it is very close to the entrance of Holland Tunnel. There are no amenities (water, coffee) in the room probably because nothing fits. You expect a lot more from a 4-star hotel at this price.

I got lucky with fromt role parking woohoo!! ✊️ view was soo amazing from the terrace and not to mention a decent space out side it. Missed out on the rooftop but the JayDee was pumping it up lasy night with good tracks. Will come back again soon !! A

Arlo Soho is a friendly and convenient hotel on Hudson Street - a nice walking distance to Whitney Museum, High Line, and many great restaurants. Staff members are always cordial and helpful.

Arlo Soho was perfectly located for soho, Chelsea and the financial district, as well as some great restaurants and bars. The hotels rooftop bar has a perfect view of the One World Trade Building and a great selection of cocktails - the margarita was a personal fav. The hotel was clean and although small, the room was comfy. The staff were super helpful and really friendly. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

While the hotel's trendy aesthetic was appealing, the functionality of the room left much to be desired. The sink in our room was clogged and wouldn't drain properly. The room itself was incredibly small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, we found it challenging to regulate the temperature in the room, which made it uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Such a great stay and staff were incredible! Foxtail (within the hotel) was such a gem for late night drinks and vibes. Very convenient location for walking and catching ubers! We will be back!
