Små fräscha rum
Små fräscha rum med väldigt bra läge i midtown. Välfungerande och fint badrum. Ingen utsikt alls, om man tycker det är viktigt.

Bra hotell, nära till mycket och ren!
Nära till tunnelbana och sevärdigheter. Bodde här 4 nätter och hade inga problem förutom att det var lyhört mellan rummen.

Great find with minor flaws
Great little hotel in very central location for a fairly low cost (this is NYC...). Clean, good and very friendly service. Slight minus for very cold floor, although admittedly it was an unusually cold couple of days for New York. A bit awkward shower.

Bra läge, rent och snyggt!
Välskött mindre hotell med trevlig personal. Rummen dock något i minsta laget. Toppenläge, lugnt, ändå nära till allt!

Servicen var bra och läget likaså men vi var 4 vuxna och det blev lite väl trångt. Sängarna var OK, fast vi är ju inte riktigt vana vid så mjuka sängar.Hade en strålande takterass.

Fina rum i bra storlek. Perfekt läge! Lugnt område men promenadavstånd till Times. Square, Broadway. Bra frukostställen i närheten. Nära till tunnelbanan. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen.

Hotellet låg bra till - nära till shopping på Lexington Ave, tunnelbanan och Central Park. Fri Wi-Fi. Härlig takterass. Flera bra frukostställen i kvarteret. Lugnt och skönt på kvällarna - kan varmt rekommenera den italienska restaurangen Angelos. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo på Carvi Hotel igen!

There's a hidden 'resort fee' when you check in. Our room was leaking brown water from the ceiling of the bathroom.

We feel sorry that you had to experience the issue in your room, unfortunately the condensation from the A/C in the above room provoked the leak that we were abler to fix it.About the 'resort fee', as you had mentioned...it's not a hidden fee, when you ae booking reservation online and on your confirmation letter from Expedia/Hotels.com...it is informed that the Hotel will charge the 'destination fee' at the check in.Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

But we do understand that if it's the first time, you might be unsure. Toilet flush really loud. You can also hear when other rooms flush. Pillows not comfortable. Front desk super nice and accommodating. Great location near tons of restaurants.

I stayed in room 201, and HVAC was so laud that I barely could sleep. My coworkers stayed in different rooms and they don't have this problem. Comfortable mattress, quite, smooth coffee, convenient location, friendly personal.

Petty much they are the same company, but some of them may operate a bit noisy and they cannot be lower down the sound. So sorry for that, when we are light sleepy it makes a huge difference. But we are glad that it worked out good in temperature.Also, we do appreciate your comments about our perks and amenities.

Reasonably-priced hotel gem in NYC
Great hotel for single traveller, amazing location, very clean and quiet, friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable front-desk staff. Great free mini-bar fridge in room Appreciated hot tea/cocoa in lobby on very cold days! Missed having a window in the room - but nothing's perfect!

Based on your information about the deatbolt, it was verified, and it is working all right, even agent explained to you that it must be opened by inside or with the key. It's a secure lock and if it's half opened the deadbolt goes out. But I am glad everything was all right.

This is a lovely small hotel- very clean and well kept. No microwave but a fridge stocked with goodies and soft drinks. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the lobby. No breakfast but lots of places in the neighborhood to get something. Nice Whole Foods close by.

部屋のインテリアが写真と違っていて、棚に飾りが全くなく残念だった Lexington Av駅からは近いが、ブロードウェイからは少し遠いので、自分の観光プランに合った立地を選択すべきだった。 一方で、MOMAは歩いて10分ほどのところにあり便利がよかった

Perfect Hotel in Manhattan
This hotel was perfect all around. Clean room, very functional, in a perfect location convenient to LGA. Although I chose based on my meeting location, I would also return for personal travel as it is a bit off the bustle of the West side, yet very convenient to walk to shows or museums. Also near a station for the R line that goes to Queens and Brooklyn. But above all, the front desk personnel was excellent. Very friendly lady, very helpful - that makes all the difference. Thank you! This place is a gem.

Perfect short vacation
Check in was a piece of cake, bed super comfortable and snacks in the fridge were complimentary. Well priced for the area and friendly staff. We had very good Lebanese food next door at Omar's and several bakeries and cafes are short walk for breakfast. Good complimentary coffee. Subway at Lexington and 53rd is a half block away and from there you can be in Times Square or Rockefeller Center in 2.5-3 minutes. Never took a cab and got around all of Manhattan easily from this location. I would stay there again anytime

By far one of the best nyc hotels I’ve stayed in. I travel to nyc for work regularly. This hotel was super affordable, perfectly located and the staff were so kind. Also, even details like all the snacks and drinks in mini fridge were included.

Nice little place
Ot was a good stay although I think it was too expensive. The place is close but not close enough to the main tourist area. But the hotel is pretty nice and clean.
