Great stay! Extra shout out to Kevin who helped my husband in the gym. My husband is a serious gym goer and is actually pretty advanced when it comes to training. He and Kevin talked shop about mobility and functional training. Kevin even helped my husband with some dynamic stretches and trigger points for his shoulder. My husband appreciated it so much that he nagged me to write this review. Go Kevin! The hotel was great. Location, staff, cleanliness, comfort, and ease of check-in/out are all top notch.

Posizione ottima. Personale disponibile. Purtroppo per consumare la colazione bisognava attendere parecchio tempo per insufficienza degli spazi e del personale. Inoltre una ventola rumorosa nel bagno che non era possibile escludere rendeva difficile dormire tranquillamente.

Enjoyed this property. The staff made us feel welcomed and quickly resolved any issues. Location was great, walking distance to many things. The 2nd floor patio was a nice place to relax with a drink.

The number of staff is definitely not sufficient. There are not many people walking and there was only one person serving the breakfast. One day we waited for 45 minutes and could not even get the breakfast. We were told that the kitchen would not get a new order until a new notice. Although we paid for the breakfast, we could not have it on that day and stopped trying again. The staff are not friendly or smiling. The lobby is really of poor quality as it feels like a canteen rather than a comfortable place. Overall, we are really disappointed with the service and quality of the hotel even though we did not pay less.

Very good hotel. Well placed and the room was OK, cleaned everyday and the cleaning cladies are very kind. litlle bit less for the ladies whom managed the breakfast place ( it as OK but sometimes ... )

I found the hotel to be in an excellent location to explore New York. Our room was very comfortable, clean and modern. On a negative note I didn’t find any of the hotel reception staff particularly helpful or approachable. They failed to volunteer information regarding my bill regards all charges which would have been helpful to me and taken some of the stress away for my otherwise very enjoyable trip.

The location of hotel is perfect for sight seeing. It is close to grand central and lots of restaurants, CVS, coffee shops and a famous stake house as well. Trader’s Joe and laundromat are walking distance. And rooms are clean and beds are so good for sleep. I love a yoga mats to stretching after shower too. Only one thing which was dissapointted was the breakfast. It tastes super but it takes looong time to be served. If you go to the restaurant around 8am, you may have to wait more than 1 hour until you eat breakfast due to only one chef and one staff. I strongly recommend person who stay here, going to restaurant around 7am for breakfast if you do not wait too long. Given that point I strongly recommend you to stay this hotel enjoying life in New York.

Issue with lighting in the room flickering. Also, didn’t realize that the hotel didn’t have their own parking. We also didn’t know that we couldn’t leave and return without being charged another charge. We had to take a friend to the airport before the rest of the group at 3 am and found out that we had to pay again when we returned and reparked. So for less than 24 hours, we paid 110 before tax.

家族3人で泊りました。 部屋は少し狭かったですが、とてもきれいでしたし シャワーも問題なく使用できました。 朝食（マフィンとワッフル、ハムチーズのサンド）がおいしかったです。 生絞りのオレンジジュースが飲めるのもうれしいです。 立地も良く、歩いてグランドセントラル駅まですぐです。 スタバやドラッグストア、サラダやさんなどが近くにあり、隣のステーキ屋さんもすごくおいしかったです。 とてもおすすめです。

My room was perfect, the bed and bedding were wonderful - just right after a long day walking around NYC! While I did not use the work-out stuff in the room (yoga mat, yoga ball and elastic bands!) I thought they were a great idea.

I left some memorable photos in the room, and they never returned it to me. I called 5 times, and every time the staff gave me the different information and at the end they just said they didn’t find it. Nobody even bothered to call back or make some effort to help.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Fußläufig bis Central Station und von dort alles gut erreichbar. Zimmer sauber und bequemes Checkin und -out. Frühstück war inklusive und auch gut. Leider war der Restaurantservice nur mittelmäßig und es gab im Restaurant nicht genügend Sitzplätze für die Gäste. Wartedauer bis das Essen kam an 2 Tagen über 1 Stunde trotz früher Uhrzeit, so dass wir nach über einer Stunde ohne Frühstück aufbrechen mussten, da wir zeitgebundene Tickets hatten. Da sollte sich das Hotel optimieren.

A few minor issues —dead light remote battery so could turn off lights in room. Nearest ice machine empty or broken. Used sponge left on floor. But staff responded really quickly when asked zbuyt battery and ice. Thank you!

Modernos cuartos, camas super confortables y en una zona super tranquila y accesible por la Grand Station a metros. Excelente atencion del personal. 8,5/10 si tuviera que calificar y volveria sin dudas por calidad precio. Para ser un 10, faltó la cafetera/nevera en la habitacion, con lo cual tuvimos que bajar al lobby cada vez que queriamos un cafe te de cortesia con agua caliente, y extenderia el horario del bar que era hasta las 22hs, con lo cuql si uno salia a cenar, al volver ya estaba cerrado pqrq aprovechqr los tragos de cortesia, que los terminamos cambiando por bebidas sin alcohol al salir a pasear.

Struttura di livello medio/alto con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. A 5 minuti dalla metro di Grand Central e a 10 minuti di piacevole passeggiata da Times Square. L'hotel si trova in una zona sicura, ricca di ristoranti, bar, market e quant'altro ma fuori dal caos di Times Square. Proprio sotto l'hotel si trova un pub, l'Overlook, dove si possono trovare hamburger e birra ad un prezzo onestissimo. Notevole, soprattutto per essere a New York, la colazione alla carta compresa nel prezzo. Ed in più un drink omaggio bar per ogni giorno di soggiorno. La camera non grandissima ma neanche un buco come può capitare spesso a New York con il bagno e la doccia enormi. Che dire, soddisfatto anche oltre le aspettative.
