Fint hotell med bra läge, men vart är terassen?
Första mötet vid incheckning var besvikelse. Inte speciellt välkomnande. Försökte få förklarat tre gånger för mig utan att jag ens riktigt förstått hur det fungerar med deposition. Fantastiskt läge, rum på våning 31 med utsikt över Empire State Building. Härligt rum med 2 TV-apparater, en i lite avskiljd del. God frukost, som varierade lite från dag till dag. Bra att vara uppe i god tid, då det inte är så stor frukostlokal. Men det löste sig alltid för oss. En stor besvikelse var att den mysiga terass som hotellet ofta har med i bilderna inte är möjlig att besöka vad jag förstod. Den var iallafall under vår vistelse "uthyrd" till någon annan verksamhet "rooftopcinemaclub". Säkert mysigt med utomhusbio, men hade sett fram emot att få sitta där någon gång. Men överlag en härlig vistelse.

Bra hotell med bra läge.
Mycket bra läge i Midtown NYC. Modernt och trevligt hotell generellt. Bra frukost ingår. En negativ synpunkt gäller oklarhet om en förmån som presenterades vid incheckning. Den bestod av 25 dollar tillgodo per dag i baren eller i någon hotellshop. Vid utcheckning visade det sig sedan att eventuella inköp fick betalas via depositionsavgiften som var 50 dollar per dygn. Det var således ingen förmån.

Bra utgångsläge för att upptäcka NYC
Mycket bra läge och större rum än vanligt i NY. Tryggt och säkert, även ur pandemi synpunkt. Bra frukostbuffé som var inkluderad, många olika alternativ (även glutenfritt bröd). Minus för att det bara fanns plastbestick och glas, även på rummet. Vatten på flaska och snacks/dryck till ett värde av 25$ per rum och dygn ingick.

Quite ok
The hotel is quite ok, decent sized rooms, good breakfast but it lacks service. The housekeeping is nonfuctional had to remind the reception 3 times about room cleaning which according to their service offer should happened automaticly after the 4:th night, I had to remind them 3 times and got cleaned after the 5:th night, really not good

I liked the happy hour everyday since they provided some small snacks and drinks for us to relax and chat with family. I also liked that the provided $30 every night for us to order food. The food was actually pretty good! However, it wasn’t communicated when we booked the hotel on Expedia and I wish we were told about it ahead of time. I also liked the breakfast but finding a seat in the morning was a pain. The shower in the room we stayed in had a weaker water pressure and the water was not going in on the first day. We reported this to the maintenance and they fixed it when we’re back. Appreciate it!

This is a great hotel for a stay in New York. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is so great you can skip lunch during the day. The localization is outstanding, 10 min walk from the Subway and 15 min from Times Square. Definitely recommend it

The bed was very comfortable. My daughter slept on the couch instead of the pullout, she said it was comfy. The view of Empire Stare Building was worth the extra cost. The breakfast was good, a lot of choices and frequently stocked in the earlier hours. After 8:30 am, it gets very busy. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. There were lots of restaurants right within a block, subway few blocks away, busy area just outside of Times Square. It felt safe to walk around. I would stay there again.

Front desk staff were wonderful. Bar at the lobby is not very good the first two days server had an attitude. The last two were ok for the overpriced drinks. Breakfast ok kind of crowded. Evening reception was horrible. No tonic for 3 days in a row. Come on Hilton get it together!

I don’t understand why I had extra fees ($76.24) taken out of my bank account. They did NOT provide ANY details on this!!! I kept the room clean and we didn’t even ask for room service or cleaning. I prefer to keep my belongings safe. I had not moved any furniture. I only used the hotel to sleep at night. So I’m very confused as to why I was charged.

I looked into this for you. Some of the charges stem from purchases made in the restaurant/bar. You purchased something for 27 one day and 25 on the other. You did receive a 52 credit. You are still responsible for the taxes accrued as well as the daily resort fee, which is 30+tax each night. I hope this addresses your concerns.
