Mycket trevligt hotell med toppenläge!
Har haft en fantastiskt trevlig vistelse på detta hotell. Läget är mycket bra med hänsyn till många sevärdheter. Personalen är vänliga och serviceinriktade. Sängarna är mycket sköna. Kommer absolut att boka detta hotell igen till nästa resa.

Nice hotel with great staff
Has become my go-to hotel in NY. Great location, friendly and helpful staff and nice rooms at an acceptable price. In rush hour the fact that there are only two elevators, that the staff also uses, make it somewhat time consuming to go up/down with elevator. The two things I would like to see improve for the next visit is the speed of the wifi, it´s very slow being 2023. It´s not uncommon that hotels in the US have slower speed than hotels in Europe and Asia but Le Soleil would get an additional + from me if the Wi-Fi speed would become faster. The second thing is that there are some small, minor, maintenance than could be done in the rooms. Some paint in some areas, just smaller things that would lift the rooms even more.

Riktigt bra!
Det här hotellet har riktigt bra läge nära tunnelbana, shopping och centralt läge. Känns familjärt och trevligt. Personalen var serviceinriktad och vänlig. Rummen var mysigt och sängarna var riktigt bra. Inget att klaga på från oss. Vi åker gärna hit igen.

Fina rum med bra läge men dålig service
Fint hotell med bra läge men hopplöst dålig service. Ett exempel: rummet var inte städat när vi kom tillbaka sen eftermiddag. I reception upplyser man oss om att man måste hänga ut skylten ”städning önskas” för att få städat?! Någon sådan skylt fanns inte på rummet och inte heller någon information om det. Conciergen varnade oss för att ta aubergine till flygplatsen eftersom kostnader på 30$ skulle tillkomma på lovade priset. Detta var inte sant och vi reste till Newark för ca 30 $ billigare än hotellets erbjudande.

Perfect hotel at perfect location
Everything about this hotel was great. Sam at the front desk was very friendly and happy to help us with whatever we might need. The room was spacious and the cleaning was good!

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. Good location. Rooms are good size. The staff friendly and give great service. Will return. Some improvements: - Internet is really slow. Yes, it´s free but this is 2022 and not 2000 in speed. - Elevators, like many hotels in NY you sometime have to wait for the elevators. The staff uses the same elevators so the traffic is more than just guests even if the staff try to help and wait for another elevator if needed.

Not what we expected
The room is not what we expected. We booked the superior bigger room. The sofa was broken, the first thing you see when you come in is a dirty carpet and a hole in the sofa.  The room was dirty(not bathroom). Probably never vacuum cleaned behind the bed table. So much dust and dirt. The carpet was very dirty and discusting.  There is no teaboiler as it said in the booking. That was very important for us travelling with a baby. Just a machine for coffee. They suggested us to use that for hot water. But you don’t want to give your baby water with coffee! And the bed was not comfortable at all.  It said in the booking that there were bathrobes and slippers in the room. There were just one(!) bathrobe, no slippers. When we where going back to the airport we booked a car thru the hotel. Shouldn’t have done that! We told the hotel-porter that were arranging the cars that we were going to Newark. We told him TWICE, and showed him our flight. Very clear. We had to walk 3 blocks to get the car because of traffic. No problems. But! We ended up on the wrong airport! When we realized, we were outside the airolport, we were afraid that we were going to miss our flight. And the driver said he wanted 57 dollars more! Very unprofessional. Not our fault the driver and hotel-portier are making mistakes! Luckily we just made it to the airport. But not the best end of our stay. To sit in a car stressed with a baby.

Ganska låg standard, rent och fräscht men verkligen inget märkvärdigt. Ingen jättebra service eller mottagande. Läget är bra om man vill bo i midtown.

Daily housekeeping was lacking. Room light switch not functioning, water pressure sqeals coming from room above interferred with sleep, Queen suite upgrade left no view...so all in all, after 5 days, I thought we could gave done better.

I recently enjoyed my stay at the Le Soleil Hotel, which is located in the heart of Manhattan. The hotel's prime location made it incredibly convenient, with an abundance of restaurants, shops, and activities just a short walk away. The room was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.

The only negative was in room 304 the bed near the windows, the inside half nearest the other bed seemed broke down. I keep feeling like I was on a cliff. I moved over the other side of the bed & slept fine. The lady with me said the bed next to Bathroom was very comfortable.

Every time I visit New York, I stay at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and spacious enough. The staff throughout the hotel is always pleasant and willing to help - 5 star. The hotel location is perfect- you can easily get to various restaurants, shops and transportation hubs.

I really enjoyed this hotel! After reading the reviews, I was worried about the two elevators, but personally never once encountered a problem with them, having only waited for 30 seconds - 1 minute for the elevator each time (and there was a good amount of coming and going). The room was huge, everything was clean and ready for guests, and at one point I locked myself out of my room by accident and had to get another key and they were so helpful. The two cons for me were the mattress (wasn't comfortable for me) and the tv didn't work with the remote, but I was there to sleep! Would stay here again!

Wir haben 6 Nächte im Le Soleil Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Subway Station um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das angegebene Queen Size Bett ist beträgt fast einer 140x200 m Bett. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr gut gereinigt. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen

This was my second stay at this hotel, both stays being very enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for getting around town. Felt very safe walking with my son. Look forward to our next stay.

Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and subway station. Clean and friendly. The bathroom door latch was tough and the bar/rest was not open long hours. Would def stay here again.
