Mysigt hotell och nära till sevärdheter.
Snabb incheckning, hjälpsam personal, nära till shopping och uteliv. Rummen är små men fungerar hur bra som helst för oss då vi var mest ute och på turistande under dagarna. Frukosten hade överraskande bra utbud dock lite sämre för den som har gluten, laktos eller vegetariskt önskemål. Då det finns ett litet kylskåp på rummet så är ett tips att handla hem ngt och förvara där. Kommer garanterat att bo här igen vid nästa vistelse.

Inte som förväntat.
Vattenflödet i tvättstället var knappt man kunde kalla det för att rinna. Kranen var nästan helt lös. Bodde på 8e våningen men hade en vit tegelmur just utanför fönstret och det var inte ett hus bredvid det tillhörde hotellet på något vis. Vid frukost fick man vänta sjukt länge på att få en hiss. Vill man skölja upp något klädesplagg så går det inte att fylla tvättfatet för vattnet rinner ur fortare än kranen kan fylla. Ja, jag hade stängt i botten på tvättstället. Stödet missade att städa vårt rum vissa dagar. Frukostmatsalen var så underdimensionerad så man var tvungen att hänga på låset för att få sitta. Folk satt i receptionen och åt frukost med tallrik och kaffet på golvet. Förväntar mig mera av ett hotell i den prisklassen. Ca 12000kr för ett standardrum 5 nätter. Läget var bra.

Mycket bra hotell.
Rent och rymligt, ljusa fräscha rum. Nära till times square. Nära att gå från Penn station. Frukostutbudet var väl typiskt amerikansk med mycket färdigpackat men helt ok. Hade gärna bott här igen.

The room was clean, the staff was great and we enjoyed the fact that there is a gym. We didnt like: 1. the noise from the next door room and above room every time thhey had a shower or flash toilet it was noticable. 2. The bathroom is really small. i banged my head and body every time going in or out of the small shower. 3. Shame that there was no vegtables in breakfast

Lobby area was quite crowded during our stay, but staff were pleasant and professional, and both of our check-in and check-out process were quick. The room was clean and modern and had everything that we need. Would recommend.

This is a very good property for the value. The breakfast was good the rooms were spotless although very small, great location , the gym was very limited and because it was in the basement it had a could odor. Overall the hotel was well run and the staff were very friendly! I would return. The only issue is not so much the hotels fault however the garbage and filth on the streets is very noticeable. NYC needs to do something about this , home are the days when Rudy Giuliani kept NYC safe and beautiful. I truly understand why people would not want to live in was was once a beautiful city

This Hyatt was a wonderfully easy walking distance from Broadway for Hamilton and the rooms were clean, quiet and really perfect for being there for a few nights. We were able to watch our own Netflix which was great too.

Excellent hotel for the price we paid. Rooms and bathroom are small, but we didn’t care much. Staff is extremely friendly and breakfast was good and organized. Parking is offsite but 2-minute away on foot. The parking staff were very professional and friendly.

Great location. Easy walking to Times Square and Madison Square garden/ Pen Station. Close subway access made trips to Central Park and financial district accessible. Check in was delayed which was annoying but they did store our bags while we waited. Staff were not overly friendly but got the job done. Breakfast included was a buffet. Food was okay and it was very busy. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Für die Lage in New York ist das Hotel gut. Die Zimmer sind okay (kaum Kleiderschrank) dafür ein mega bequemes Bett. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber Dusche ist gut und modern. Vom Frühstück waren wir positiv überrascht. Wir haben immer einen Platz bekommen, es ist reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei. Es gibt abwechselnd auch Frenchtoast, Waffeln oder Pancakes. Personal haben wir nur freundlich erlebt. Und wir hatten täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser umsonst und einen Wassespender im Flur zum Auffüllen gibt es auch. Eine Straße weiter beginnt schon der große Busbahnhof mit Metrostation. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

There are so many hotels just jammed into this street it was really cool design and staff was impeccable! The car across the street at dusk was being robbed while I stood outside to smoke, and no one was able to help when I told them at the desk. A bit scary!
