It was a nice stay. No glasses at all and no coffee facilities in the room. A hotel with only a paper cup in the room is not what you expect. Nice bathroom except for the water pressure.

Overall nice place to stay with close connection to the subway or if you prefer to walk to the city. Also friendly staff, daily cleaning, fast elevators and quick checking in are positives. Few things we have higher expectations from a five star hotel are the state of the rooms and service of the housekeeping. Like in many hotels in New York maintenance is not a strong point and also in our room you could see in some places paint coming of, walls in bathroom not getting completely clean anymore. Regarding the housekeeping they on several occasions forgot to re-fill (amenities, glasses)

Reste med Fru och en 2,5 åring vilket gjorde närheten till Central Park och bra restauranger otroligt bekvämt. Hotellet och servicen är kanon.

Ett jättefint hotel i ett perfekt,ganska lugnt område i denna fantastiska stad. Nästa gång vi åker till New York kommer vi bo på Loews Regency igen.

The quality of service, has deteriorated considerably especially in front desk. The restaurant service was never good in this hotel, starting from the two lady hosts in the morning, waiters who are far from caring, absolutely indifferent and unhappy people waiters ( one time they brought me another food, something I did not order ). On the other hand, they have an impeccable house keeping service. The hotel, rooms, location all are very very good.

The hotel itself was exceptional but check in was a beating. We booked two rooms, one wasn’t available until 6:30pm and the other until 9:30pm! We had to ask multiple times for updates and every time they would say “we will text you, it shouldn’t be that long”. Check in is 4pm and it took 5 1/2 hours to get the second room? They did upgrade one of the rooms which was nice but when you have one of your children and your mother with you, waiting until 9:30 is ridiculous and at that point you could care less about an upgrade.

We had an amazing stay. The staff went out of their way to help us everyday. The hotel is quiet, safe, small, beautiful and clean. The location is excellent! Highly recommend!

The hotel is excellent but I would not suggest a dbl room for 4 people. The beds are not queen, but full, and the bathroom is extremely small. Other than that everything was fine!

The stay was fine, overall. The staff who checked me in didn’t even look at me (or my ID), and seemed preoccupied. He mumbled something and basically threw me the key card, so that was not a great first impression. The lobby is clean and functional, and the restaurant is over-priced but had good staff and a welcoming vibe. Recommended overall for the location and convenience, and the room was quiet.
