Super Awesome Fantastic
Awesome hotel with super friendly staff. Location couldn’t be better if you want to be close to Times Square and public transportation. Port Authority around the corner to catch the bus to Newark. Nice resort vibe with several bars and restaurants and also two super nice roof top bars facing south with nice views of Hudson Yards. Seen some people comment on the wait for elevators but during our 7 nights stay there was only one time we thought it took a bit long. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Bra för familjer
Ypperligt för de som reser med barn / tonåringar. Flera roliga restauranger / barer som man kan besöka utan att lämna hotellet om man är trött efter en dag på stan. Extra plus för roof-top och poolområde (om än litet).

Clean and nice rooms with great views. Outdoor pool must be heated as it was nice and warm beginning of May. Walking distance to Times Square, Theater district and Central Park. Subway entrance across the street. Tour bus pick-up at entrance. Only complaint, was the elevators having a hard time keeping up with the amount of people needing to use it. Long wait times and cramped in the elevators. Would stay there again if going back to New York City.

Decor in my corner suite was beautiful! Floor to ceiling windows added spaciousness and city lights at night were beautiful to look at. A calm and peaceful experience. I wish I could have experienced all it had to offer…next time. Elevator wait was a bit extreme even with 4 elevators. Leave plenty of time to get up/down!

I loved this place !! Went for a birthday celebration with my husband. The only thing is that the room isn’t sound proof. You can hear other people and they can hear you also you can hear the police and firefighters at night. But other than that it was amazing I just slept with the tv on :)

The pool only being open until 4pm daily didn’t make sense. The food was average. Way too much fragrance in the cleaning supplies for the rooms. It was suffocating

Location was excellent, outdoor pool and roof top patios were fun and unique compared to other local hotels. Rooms are tiny compared to other NYC hotels and elevators very slow but overall a fun unique experience in Times Square.

I was misled to believe that there was parking on the premises. When I booked the room I booked a king size bed not a queen which we got with a room that was the size of my broom closet. Nobody ever came to the room to clean and give us fresh towels. When we left for dinner at 5 pm, that’s when we saw the cleaning people. Really at 5? Why wasn’t the room cleaned in the morning and have fresh towels. We already took showers and left by that time and we’re leaving the next morning at 6 am and didn’t need them. Ridiculous for the money we paid for 2 nites. Could have had a bigger and better rooms with 2 double bed at the crown plaza or Sheraton for that price. Never again would I stay there. Good location but plenty of other hotels with better rooms and service.

We stayed for 5 nights in April. The location was perfect for us, easy to get around, loved being in Times Square and got to enjoy the atmosphere of the place. It felt safe leaving and returning. You didn’t have to go far to enjoy a variety of food. Our room was exceptionally clean. There was a window that opened which helped figuring out was the weather was doing. I loved the Caribbean decor. Staff were all friendly and helpful, they have a secure bag storage area for arrival and departure day.

So excited to see Margaritaville! Fun, tropical decor thats a litle bit kitchy, lots of options for food and drinks and a great rooftop pool! Was concerned it would be full of families with kids, but not the case. Such a fun little local staycation.
