Trevligt o rent
Ett riktigt bra budgethotell. Rent o fint. Rummen är små men fräscha. Bra wi-fi. Frukost ingår. Den är väldigt enkel (nybakat bagels o muffins m cream cheese o marmelad) och frukostrummet är ingen lyx men ok. Bra m frukost eftersom vi inte behövde lägga tid o pengar på någon diner. Supertrevlig personal. Gratis kaffe o vatten vid receptionen.

Nedgånget hotell i Midtown med bra service
Hotellet mötte våra förväntningar i förhållande till priset. Hotellet är i stort behov av upprustning, med rummen kändes ändå hyfsat rena. Bekväma sängar (om man gillar hårda madrasser), men rummet som vi hade var väldigt litet. Trevlig och bemötande service från alla i personalen. De serverar enklare frukost i form av muffins och bagels, som ingår i priset, vilket vi inte förväntade oss. Dock så fick man vara nere i loungen tidigt om man ville ha bagels, då det ej verkade finnas tillräckligt många när hotellet hade full beläggning. Då hotellet ligger väldigt centralt så får man vara beredd på hög ljudvolym på natten, med tutande bilar och utryckningsfordon. Nära till tunnelbana samt Madison Square Garden.

Close to everything
Superclose Penn Station, reason I payed alot. Windows bad, like to sleap on the street. Great girls in reception.

Bra läge, jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Väldigt nära till olika restauranger och barer. Penn station endast ett stenkast bort.

Prisvärt!
Prisvärt hotell för kortare vistelse. Plus: Kostnaden. Läget precis bredvid Penn Station. Rent och snyggt. Trevlig personal. Minus: Air condition satt precis bredvid sängen och gick då inte att använda på natten. Ingen hiss vilket var drygt när vi bodde på 4:e våningen. Ingen frukostservering.

Mitt på Manhattan...
Hotellet ligger utmärkt för en weekend på Manhattan. Trevligf hotell personal som försöker hjälpa till med guidening på bästa sätt. Föreslår dinner ställen att äta utmärkt frukost på. Hotellet ligger nära shopping och sevärdheter.

It was clean, affordable and near the Garden and Penn station. Very convenient! Rooms are small but adequate and the entryway could be more appealing. Overall a good stay and I would stay again.

First thing. Shabby block, hotel entrance uninviting. Second thing. No Elevator/lift. Maybe I missed it in the description, but all rooms are on upper floors. Carry whatever you bring upstairs. They do offer assistance on a notice at reception, but nobody offered to help. Rooms are odd shape and budget furnished. No bedside table, no chair, tiny bathroom. Noisy location. Not the hotel’s fault, but you are one block from Penn Station and Madison Square Gardens. Cars in NY are powered by their horns, apparently. At checkout. Nobody at reception, no bell or notice of absence. When someone arrived, I asked about storing luggage; “sure, just leave it in the heap there”. Zero security. I found commercial left luggage at Penn Station. When I went back to get my bags, nobody's stopped me taking my bags and leaving. Overall - I had a cheap room for one night, but I won’t be returning.

Sirens, horns, these two allow you to experience New York even while you are in your room. The hotel is well located and is recommended if you are visiting with a small amount of luggage.

場所は最高。特にEWRを使用する人には。電車１本で空港駅にアクセスできる。ただ、部屋は快適とは言えない。広い道路に面しているので夜中にパトカーがサイレンを鳴らしてとおると喧しこの上ない。洗面台も小さく、歯ブラシ等を置くスペースも殆ど無い。机も小さく、物入れも殆ど無い。一方で、ホテルスタッフは皆感じ良く接してくれた。

The location is the best thing about this hotel, just one block away from Penn Station. On the other hand, I was never given the remote control of the TV and when I requested it the guy at the night shift was somewhat rude and unprofessional.

Stayed there for 4 nights; many of the reviews here are fair. My experience - Pros 1. central location; right next to penn station, and madison square garden, can walk anywhere, either south to Soho, to East village, up north to time square or west to hudson river; 2. the staff was very pleasant - they won't be able to do much; but was pleasant and polite the whole time I was there; 3. better than a hostel - got your own privacy - own bedroom and bathroom; Cons - 1. noise level - it is VERY noisy from both inside and outside; the walls are paper thin, so anything next door (snoring), or people walking in the halls, you will be able to hear it; and lots of sirens, honking outside at all hours; so light sleepers beware; 2. very small - felt claustrophobic; just a single/twin bed and limited space to do much; there was a TV; the bathroom sink was so small, no room to put anything, everything like contact lenses, toothbrushes, paste, etc, must be placed on a shelf on top of the toilet (afraid of stuff falling down into the toilet while moving about); The cleanliness of the room was adequate - the floor was sticky, felt wet, but decent condition otherwise; they came in and switched out the linens and towels once without asking in the four days there. Overall, if you are planning on being out in the city for the majority of the day, don't mind the noise for a short stay, and own bed / bathroom is important for you, and know that you get what you paid for, go for it!

Some lady from the staff was horrible. Poor condition of the room and the bad manners from at least 2 of the staff. I was so happy with the place before I arrived, but not anymore. Ask for my check out document the lady from the staff never email it to me. Horrible service.

The location in very center and near the Madison square garden. The bathroom is quite small and it had a small sink. There was mold is the bathroom ceiling. The room smell like someone smoke on it. For the price, I think you can get a better hotel in the city…

The check in was awful. I stood at the front desk for nearly 20 mins after having letting them know I needed to check in and was ignored. Multiple times I requested assistance and they looked at me like I wasn’t even there. The place itself is awful it looks like a prison and the rooms are cramped and disgusting. Mold in the showers. The TV didn’t turn off all night so I had to turn the volume all the way down and tie a scarf around my eyes just to sleep. My key card stopped working 3 hours after I received it. Terrible experience.

Definitely not as it was shown in the pics. Took forever to get checked in as the attendant was sleeping in the next room and did not answer phone calls. Walls were so thin that you could hear everyone on the floor.
