Över förväntan!
Bra, standard hotell med nära till tunnelbanan (ca 3 min gång) och endast 20 min in till stan. Fint rum med stor säng. Går att se skyline från vissa rum. Lite skumt område, men tyst på kvällarna/nätterna. Helt klart över förväntan!

Nära stan
Kanske lite ruffigt område men det kändes ändå väldigt säkert. Nära till tunnelbanan, när till "stan". Helt ok frukost ingår om man gillar bagels och muffins. Enda nackdel var att det inte fanns kaffebryggare på rummet. Annars väldigt nöjd!!

Really a higher quality 3 Star hotel
This wonderful hotel is a perfect location to be close to Manhanttan via 2 subway lines, the Queens Plaza Station and the Queensborough Plaza Station, each a short 10 minute walk. The hotel has very high quality bedding and towels, super clean, and is in a quiet location (off street parking is available a few blocks away due to street construction in the area), The price is very reasonable and the hotel quality is high - we used to live in this area before moving to Europe and I recommend Nesva to all my Italian friends. Thank you to the owners and staff.

The property was really cute and nice. Not a whole lot around, so you'll need to arrange some kind of transportation to do anything. Great views from the balcony.

I was on the ninth floor it was very quiet. Had a Good Night's sleep. The only thing I would have changed. The t v was not working when I called the front desk i was inform the maintenance guy left for the night

Great stay
The hotel entrance was smaller than I expected. We arrived late in the evening to check in and were greeted by a very nice person who quickly checked us in. The room was clean and the towels and sheets smelled very nice. This place is in a great location and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Estadia foi ótima! O quarto bem limpinho, a banheira bem lavada, carpete sem cheiro de mofo. O hotel oferece uma copa com cafezinho, chá e água o que ajuda demais o turista. Recomendo muito! A localização é ótima também, fica 4min andando da estação de metro Dulls linha amarela, fica a 15min da Times.

Horrible stay
Checked in at 5pm and checked out by 6pm. Did not stay the night, bathtub was filed with water, toilet didn’t flush, the bolt lock on the door did not function. Complained to the front desk person Rafael and asked for another room and he told me he didn’t have another room and I would have to wait until the following business day to get the bathroom fixed. I left immediately after booking another hotel nearby and requested a refund from Nesva hotel.
Filled bathtub, water did not drain.

The bathroom was not maintained. There were holes in the wall where something used to be mounted. There was rust on the walls which was painted over as an attempt to cover it up. The hair dryer was broken in the bathroom. The towels were stained and gross looking. The common area to eat was a very small island. Since the rooms are so small, there should be an area where guests can eat. The tv reception was horrible and we couldn’t even watch all the local channels, as they were not part of the cable package.

One night stay
We stayed one night as a family since it was close to family we were there to visit. Customer service/staff were super kind & friendly. Room is exceptionally small though. Super tight for the 4 of us and beds were small. Our mantra was “it’s just one night.” The room was very clean tho. They would do well to make small upgrades- better bedding, a shower curtain that actually fits, nicer rug (or no rugs at all) , nicer blinds. The front porch area is super cute too. It has potential to be nicer/more hip. Some great restaurants nearby. We walked to dinner and also had a great experience for drinks at Dutch Kills pub down the street.

Nós ficamos apenas uma noite por conta de um atraso num voo, mas confesso que pelo preço que pagamos (~USD 400) esperava mais. É um quarto pequeno, mal cabiam as malas de todos, e as camas também são apertadas para 4 pessoas. O banheiro é maior e o chuveiro é bom. Mas pelo valor que pagamos era melhor ter ficado em Manhattan...

Room size was typical for NYC, meaning kind of small. Bed and pillows were fine. TV had full cable. Nice tub/shower, although the bathroom mirror had two large cracks and discoloration spots from removed stickers(?). My room also had a balcony, which was unexpected. Neighborhood is industrial/transitional, but felt safe, with numerous restaurants/bodegas, and is only two blocks from the subway.

Great stay! Great price! Perfect location for public transportation. Would have loved it if the room got a little colder, but it was hot outside and we were on 7th floor. All else perfect!

I booked this room so I'd have a place to stay after seeing a concert at CitiField. Not only did they allow me to check in at 2am, they reassured me multiple times that I would be safe and then they allowed me to check out a little late so I could sleep before my flight. The room was super clean and very comfy, I also loved the little outside patio area and the coffee in the morning. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially to a city newbie like me who was a little scared lol Highly recommend!!!
