The second bedroom has day bed with two double beds.

The living room has a newly purchased sofa bed with a cooling gel foam queen sized mattress. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows are available for use.

All rooms are equipped with new air conditioning units.

This apartment also includes a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and marble countertops.

The bathroom is completely updated with a stand up glass shower.

Common space has plenty of seating and full entertainment system with television.


IMPORTANT:
This listing is not for parties, or loud music. There are absolutely no parties or gatherings. There are security cameras on the outside of the building and on site personnel. If you are found to be having a party you will be removed from the Airbnb without refund.

No smoking allowed inside the building. Smoking inside will incur a $250 minimum smoke remediation fee. Please smoke outside.

Only registered guests are allowed in the Airbnb. We do not allow other guests inside the house beside the ones on the reservation without prior approval from the host.

There are other tenants living in the building so please be respectful to your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
