Trevligt hotell med bra läge
Fantastiskt trevligt hotell med bra läge och stort rum. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal, dock finns ingen restaurang eller bar för info. Området är ganska lugnt men nära till både shopping, restauranger, diners och barer. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Mycket nöjd
Mitt fräscha enkelrum var modernt minimalistiskt. Mörkbrunt trägolv, ljusa väggar och jalusier i beige grovlinne och i skön fåtölj. En walk-in-closet med skjutdörrar. Minipentry där kylskåp placerats bakom en skåpslucka vilket dämpar surr från kylskåp. Dock hade AC:n i rummet en påträngande ljudnivå. Fick sova med öronproppar. F ö bra personal (reception, door man, bell man och städ.) Bra läge på Manhattan för min förstagångs vistelse i N.Y.C.

Prisvärt Hotel med mycket bra läge. Gångavstånd till mesta. Trevlig personal och bra städat. Enda minus är den något enkla frukosten. Fanns inget pålägg som ost eller skinka. Bra gratis WiFi.

Toppenhotell.
Mycket bra hotell med bra läge på Manhattan. Närhet till tunnelbana och linjer till Times Square och andra delar. Bra frukost som ingick i priset.

Weak coffe
The pictures of the hotel Does not reflect the reality (the pictures are a lot nicer). The room that we got was super small and dark. Carpeted floors marinated in I don’t wanna know, as always is the us. Although clean bathroom and they clean the room every day. The breakfast contains scrambled eggs, bacon and white bread with jam. The coffe is super weak, I added own brought instant coffe to that. The area is good depending on where on manhattan u want to spend ur time. More of the good restaurant and places in downtown but we walk a lot and there is no problem using the subway. When I go next time I will stay in downtown just to have easy acsess to all the nice restaurants.

Bra hotell toppenläge
Vi fick först ett rum som luktade väldigt starkt av mögel. Men det sköttes snyggt med byte av rum efter första natten. Se till att få ett bra rum för det är väldigt stor skillnad på standarden. Nu fick vi en svit som var jättefin jämfört med första rummet. Stora rum och bra med utrymme. Frukosten äter man på en restaurang i samma byggnad. Till skillnad från hotellet var personalen ganska dryg och ohjälpsam. Många dagar var det slut på saker, allt från koppar till äggröra och grekisk yoghurt. Marmelad var enda pålägget. Spartansk frukost kan man säga. Hotellet ligger verkligen bra till. Max 3 kvarter åt alla håll till närmsta tunnelbana. Massor av restauranger och shopping i närheten.

Friendly staff. Easy check in /out, good location for our stay. Facilities and room were clean and maintained. Room clean , but starting to look a bit dated. No coffee available at reception, very limited dinning options. Why is there an additional service charge for facilities i didn't use (gym and buisness sweet) ... surely these service charges should be included in the initial hotel booking cost?? and wifi should be included.

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately, there was a building site next door and it was very noisy. There was no restaurant in the hotel. Which it says on the website there is. One member of the door was very helpful. But another member of the door staff,not so helpful.

Rooms are large and nicely appointed, however,?our television did not work. A concern: we had very early flights and were told by several people they couldn’t get us taxis so early. When we did pack to leave the very nice man at the deaksaid@of course, we can order you a taxi” and one was there in less than 5 minutes. Nelson was wonderful.

We spent one week in the apartment 404 and we loved it!!! The apartment is big, comfortable and super clean. The staff in general is amazing, check in and check out very easy and fast. The ladies of the cleaning are amazing!! The location is great, close to subway, 5th Avenue, supermarket, wine shop, we really enjoyed stay at The Lombardy! We will definitely come back!

We loved The Lombardy Hotel. The winner for us while searching for a hotel in NYC was 2 queen beds in the room. It was also very close to other activities we were going to do while in NYC. We were able to walk to The Metropolitan Museum of Art and to the Lyric Theater to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. We were also within walking distance to very nice shopping and even Time Square! The staff was amazing and helped us expediently with various things including ground transportation to and from the airport. The Lombardy was also the most affordable hotel with the amenities we needed! Thank you Lombardy!

I recently stayed at the Lombardy Hotel in New York and found its location to be extremely convenient, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. The doormen were particularly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, adding a welcoming touch to the experience. However, my enthusiasm was dampened by the disappointing condition of the rooms. The flooring was broken in places, and I even experienced an injury when a piece of wood from the floor poked my foot. Despite promptly notifying reception and being assured that a manager would contact me the next morning to arrange a room change, I never received a call. The rooms themselves were outdated and in need of serious renovation. Even the maintenance staff admitted they were unable to address the issues, recommending a room change. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up and communication from hotel management left much to be desired. Despite these shortcomings, my time at the Lombardy Hotel was salvaged by the fact that I spent minimal time in the room due to exploring the city. However, I would caution future guests to manage their expectations regarding the accommodations.

The staff are Stellar in every way. The shower had a cold water knob for which slipped, on could get scalded easily. Maintenance attended to this but weren’t able to permanently fix. Service only for two; plates and silverware. Upon review of the property requirements it was required upon check in for those 18 or older too have current Covid tests results. The hotel mgr said it was the fault of Expedia for not having updated the requirements. I lost money because I complied.
