Bra service, stora rum och sköna sängar
Trevligt hotell med mycket trevlig personal, stora rum och sköna sängar! Hotellet ligger mitt på Manhattan och har trevlig utsikt en bit upp i hotellet. Återvänder gärna hit!

Bra vistelse
Bra hotell mitt på Manhattan. Nära till tunnelbanan och lätt att ta sig till fots till sevärdheter och shopping. Många matställen i närheten i olika prisklasser.

Fräscht och bekvämt
Hotellet var riktigt fräscht och piffigt. Sängen stor, rejäl och bekväm och man stördes inte av vare sig larmet från stadens trafik och uteliv, eller några grannar. Tuscany ligger i Murray Hill där det finns massor med bra restauranger och mysiga kaféer. Dessutom är det gångavstånd till Times Square, Macy's och all shopping i centrala Midtown om man vill åt det.

Great hotel in Midtown
Nice hotel in Midtown a few blocks from Grand Central. The local area has a convinence store right across the street and a few diners are also close by. We had a really spacious room and the cleaning was great. The staff at the front desk aswell as the doormen were really helpful and friendly. Our only downside was that our room was in close proximity to both the elevator and some kind of closet for cleaning/maintence which were a slight disturbance during some early mornings. But in general a very nice hotel!

Bodde på hotellet under en dryg vecka då jag skulle vara baserad på vårt New York kontor. Rent och stort rum med allt i toppskick. Servicen var bra. Frukost fanns i lobbyn men var begränsad till bröd och bagels. Gym och löpband fanns att tillgå och var i bra skick. Centralt och nära Grand Central. Avstå från hotellets "car service" till flygplatsen som var en smutsig svart Lincoln utan möjlighet att betala med kort. Den kändes som ett oseriöst avslut på hotellupplevelsen som i övrigt var klart godkänd och behaglig.

Prisvärt och stora rum
Bra läge nära GrandCentral, gå till TimesSquare tar i rask takt en 10-15 min. Området i sig är helt ok, ganska lugnt med tanke på läget och att det ligger ganska många typiska hak (diner, kinakrog, grosserystore mm) i närheten. Vi bodde i ett studio deluxe rum vilket var stort, större än nödvändigt för två och en del dödyta, dock grymt skönt med stor garderob där man kunde ha jackor och resväskor. Inredningen känns lite halvsliten men helt ok. Sjukt trevlig personal, alltid glada och man kände sig omhändertagen....så långt ifrån stel och opersonlig lyxhotells personal man kan komma. Totalt sett mycket prisvärt och jag (och min 10 åriga son) kan absolut bo här igen så länge priset är rätt.

Get ready for a Rude Awakening when entering this hotel, the pictures on the websites make it look very nice. But in reality, the rooms look and feel like the 1970's. What sold me on this hotel was the size of the room (they are big rooms) but I would have happily gone to a smaller Hilton or Marriot or other Major Chain for about the same price. Lost all faith in "boutique" hotels. Can't complain about the location. Superb if you are walking in Manhattan.

On the surface the property looks nice, staff is good, but the rooms are disappointing. They were dirty, bathroom lights didn’t work, mini-fridge was broken, no shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and the tv barely worked and only had some cable channels.

The place is TIRED and smells bad. No coffeemaker in the rooms. It's just gross there. The bathrooms are very nice - obviously new and very clean - but the carpeting is scary.

When I arrived they did not habe the room type i already paid for. They tried to put me in another room that was not even comparable to the one I booked. After returing tonthe desk they gave me a better room. The staff were friendly and accomadating for the most part and they tried to fix their mistake. The shower was the best thing!

This place is not at all a luxury. I had a really bad experience. They failed to provide basic amenities. I could have easily booked another better hotel on the same price I booked this at. 1. There was no shower gel in the entire hotel, had to buy my own soap. 2. They charge/scam you for everything. I was charged 5$ per bag for storage. 3. The phone line/intercom was down, the receptionist gave us another number to call at, I tried reaching out a lot of times but it would go unanswered because of which I had to come down to the reception for anything I needed. 4. They didn't give us any toothpaste either. No bathroom slippers. 5. Thermostat was broken as well. 6. Had to wait really long time for the service requests to be addressed. It was just bad!

Warning!! Avoid booking a stay at this hotel unless you're comfortable showering with brown water!! My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the poor water quality. Upon turning on the faucet in the shower, I was greeted with yellow and brown water flowing out into the bathtub. I didn’t notice the issue until I filled the bathtub with water for a bath after showering since it's hard to notice when you're in the shower, but it was visible in the white bathtub. Most rooms only have a shower booth with dark tiles, making it difficult for most guests to notice the discolored water unless they fill a container with it. Not only was this disgusting and off-putting, but it also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the water supply. Despite speaking with the manager the next day, the issue remained unresolved, leaving me incredibly unsatisfied with my stay. The manager who could deal with this situation was not available that night, so I had to wait until the next morning. I changed rooms with my two children at 11 pm, but the new room's shower had the same brown water when I checked it, so I returned to my original room. The manager kept insisting that only my rooms had issues and none of the other rooms in the hotel experienced the same problem.

The whole place needs a serious refresh. The drapes and furniture were stained, the toiletries are mid-matched leftovers and you can’t even buy a bottle of water on-site.

Was expecting it to be run down due to all the reviews, but overall great hotel. The room is very spacious compared to other properties. Conveniently located to Grand Central. The Newark Airport Express bus stop is two blocks away. Walking distance to Midtown-Public Library, Rockefeller. It’s nice and quiet at night. Had a window view of the Chrysler bldng. Traveled with teenage daughter and felt very safe. There is a fridge but no microwave. No coffee machine but front ofc brought us a tea kettle for the room. Satisfied, I would stay here again.

The Tuscany is a gem of a hotel in a perfect location. From the friendly and helpful staff to the huge room and oh so comfy bed, The Tuscany exceeded all expectations. Its within easy walking distance to Grand Central Station and surrounded by amazing food, from sit-down high end meals to grab and go slices or bagels, it has it all .... if i could give more than 5 stars I would!

Loved the rooms but weren't cleaned too well. Smells like the bed was covered in febreze, it was really strong. The table in my rooms also wasnt clean. Great otherwise.
