Please only park in spot #75, or you will be towed



We are not responsible for any damages or fees if your car is towed due to parking in the wrong spot.



There is an early check-in, a late check-out fee of $50.00 up to 2 hrs before or after the scheduled check-in/out time. (If we are able to accommodate.)

If checking in/out any earlier or later, you will be charged the nightly rate for that day.



Our cancellation policy is FIRM because cancellations often do not allow sufficient time for other guests to re-book, and we rely on this income to be able to provide excellent accommodations for our guests. We trust that all of our guests have read the cancellation policy prior to booking with us and will honor the agreement they made with us and Airbnb. Additionally, Airbnb offers travel insurance. If you purchased it with your reservation, they are really great about assisting you with the claim process.
