Familjehotell i Newark

“Room was very clean and loved the hardwood floors vs. carpet in rooms. Walls are very thin and could hear banging majority of the night. Very heavy smell of pot! That alone was a huge turn off. Although I know you can’t control guest you could tell the it was attempted to be masked by cleaning product smells.”

“Omar who was manning the front desk was so very helpful. I was beat when I got to the hotel driving up from North Carolinas. I was greeted by Omar who after checking for my booking informed me that I was supposed to have checked in yesterday. I showed him my conformation to the contrary. He worked with me and also with your support person and cleared up the mistake. I am grateful for everyone’s help, I am sorry I forgot the woman’s name who was the representative from Expedia, if you find out...

“Breakfast was below Hilton standards Bathroom and room was needing attention”

“The room was ready on arrival. Clean and comfy bedding.”

“No option for breakfast. Laundry broken. Shower not working properly. Dirty. Difference between the Ramada around the world this one doesn’t hold the standard”

“We ended up not staying. The first room we had, the floor had not been vacuumed, there was dirt on the carpet and the sheets had stains. The 2nd room smelled like smoke and the sheets also had stains.”

“Room was worn and not very clean. AC was loud and still the room was humid. Beds much to hard for our liking Wish they went back to a regular reception. It is not nice to stand and wait by a small slot in the wall, and I am not comfortable with that they disappear with your credit card”

“Black mold in all of the AC units. Ripped carpet and horrible mildew smell. Staff was great and accommodating. Building in desperate need of remodel and update.”
