Visiting Rutgers Medical center

Didn’t have the correct front door code but the manager gave it to us fairly quickly which made getting into the building challenging. Area is near Rutgers which was convenient

Aesthetic Pleasing with Major Functionality Issues

We stayed at the property to be close to MetLife. It was great for that only about 30 minutes away with heavy traffic. However there were significant issues with the building & the property. 1) Our access code didn’t work. When we first tried to use our access code it didn’t work, we just pulled on the door and it opened which was helpful to us, but meant the building was unsecured. We get in and go and get the parking fob and garage door opener and when we try to get back in the building after putting our car in the garage the key fob didn’t work
and remember the access code didn’t work
we tried several times & eventually someone let us in. I contacted the property manager and he said he would get us a new fob & change the access code. He did change the access code, but we never got the new fob. The access code worked up until the time we were checking out and when we had to bring the garage key door back upstairs we couldn’t get in
this time I called the super & he let us in. Also, on the last trip to bring the garage key up the garage remote was blinking orange & wouldn’t close
not sure what that meant but it was not a seamless process. The apartment looks pretty, is clean & pictures well but a lot of the furniture is cheap & flimsy. We could only fit one ass cheek on the bar stools & had to use our foot to balance the chairs. The desks were wobbly
and we needed all surfaces to get ready for our event. There was more
but you get the jist
not luxury.

Nice place to stay close to NYC

The train station was a little further than we had thought, so we drove to and from due to the neighborhood between the apartment and the train station was a little sketchy and we had a teenage girl with us. Never felt unsafe at the apartment or coming and going. Had issues that the previous renter had taken the parking permit and the cardkey to get in and out of the parking garage did not work and was not replaced/repaired during our stay so we always had to go outside of the parking garage and then back in through the front doors each time, sometimes in the rain and with bags so that was inconvenient but not a huge ordeal. Owner was nice enough to help out the rest of our party when they needed to crash with us last minute. The beds/pillows were very comfortable which is not normal.

Great apartment

We found the condo exactly like the pictures show. We had a little trouble getting the entry computer to let us is, but the hosts answered a text right off and let us in. Parking is great out front and in the garage. We walked to the train station for the trip into Manhattan. Area residents seemed friendly and helpful. Walking from the train to the condo after 11:00pm is a little sketchy around the train station as well as down Market Street.

Close to NYC

New apartment which was nice. The place is in an sketchy neighborhood, there were hairs on the foldout mattress. It was nice to have parking inside the building. It was convenient to take the metro to NYC from Newark station. They had snacks and drinks for us, which was appreciated after a day of traveling.

Nice clean home in a safe building in the area of Newark

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. This home is in a new gated-building situated in a nice & safe area near EWR. The home is very clean and nicely stocked with household amenities, such as air fryer, blender, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, washer & dryer. The host is not the most responsive, but as long as you don’t expect a speedy response from the host, then you’ll have no complaints.

Absolutely wonderful

I wish I could have given this property more stars. The host went way above our expectations. Everything that you could have thought about, was provided. From snacks to refreshments. Even extra toothpaste and toothbrushes were provided. Take a bow, you have a sure repeat clientele here.

Perfect for Prudential Center adventures!

I can't thank Juan enough for such great accommodations and a smooth, easy process! This was the perfect place for myself & friends to crash while we attended a concert at Prudential Center. Quick easy walk to the venue, lots of food options nearby within walking distance, and the building felt safe & secure. The space itself is wonderful. Clean, comfortable & fits a lot of people for such a small space (pull out couch can only fit one person but the two bedrooms have large beds and then there were two individual padded cots. We also brought an air mattress for the living room floor which was perfect for us.) Only one bathroom, but it worked out fine thanks to the multiple other large mirrors available. The detailed instructions were very helpful & the snacks were a lovely welcome addition after a long day of travel. Our only "complaints" (much more like suggestions) was that the doors inside need to be given some WD-40 because they squeaked & the ice maker didn't work. So glad we found this little gem of a space. I could not recommend more!

This property is in Newark, NJ in a clean safe downtown area, near arenas, food and shopping building and parking is very secure interior is modern and clean stocked with snacks and utensils for cooking i enjoyed my stay as owner was always available for communication with response within an hour respective to time of day

Great Place Near NYC

This was an amazing property with everything any family or person would need visiting the east coast. Property was clean, had detailed instructions, a variety of amenities, and covered reserved parking. Overall I would stay here next time I’m in New York.

Better than the listing

We chose the location and relevance to Prudential Stadium, but the convenience was better than we could’ve imagined. The apartment looked just like the photos and had very nice amenities included that made the stay all that much better. We definitely recommend based on service, location, and appearance.
