Riverfront Townhouse for FIFA World Cup- 15/20 mins to Metlife & NYC-pickup/drop

I am offering two bedrooms in a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse which is less than 15 minutes drive from Met Life Stadium in New Jersey. The Harrison Path train station is a 15 minutes walk and the train will take you to Manhattan within 30 minutes. Newark Penn station which has Amtrak and NJ transit trains is a 25 minute walk. It is 1,400+ sq ft that is fully furnished and well stocked with washer, dryer and functional kitchen. I can provide High chair, stroller, baby friendly products/baby proofing. There is one floor with a living room/dining area, kitchen and half bathroom. Upstairs has two bed rooms, an open loft area and two bathrooms and a baby proof security gate if required. There is an extra parking spot in the attached garage.
There is a long stretch of river front walkway behind the property.

I will cater to your requirements for food/groceries/convenience items and I also offer drop-off and pickup to the games for a charge that will be 20% cheaper than the prevailing Uber/Lyft rate.

I will be offering the rooms for any combination of days starting June 6th. Rates are $700 per night per room (two people per room) for the month of June; $800 per night per room (2 people per room) for July (except final); $900 per room per night for the finals. Please see below for the game schedule. Additional guests can be accommodated on an air mattress/Sleeping bag for 50% per person discount. For the month of June I'm open to negotiation for stays +/- 2 days before/after game day.
