Unique, Historic Property in the heart of Newburgh
Bibi was a great host and was very communicative throughout the process. The property has clearly had a lot of work completed on it and seems to have a little more to go to be completely finished. It suited our needs as we were in town for a family obligation and just needed a place to sleep. The neighborhood is definitely "up and coming" but you can tell there is a lot of change to come in the years ahead. There is a gorgeous church across the street that has undergone a major renovation as well. The street was "lively" at night, but everyone seemed friendly. The bedrooms are in the back of the building so any street noise didn't bother us at all.

Mr. Okraski was respectful, understanding , and communicative throughout the emails. About the street noise - I am currently working with the neighbors to implement rules to tenants to lower their noise after 10 Pm. I am trying my best to get this resolve very soon. They left the place very clean and are welcome back anytime. We do appreciate your stay .
