Listen to the ocean waves after a day at the desired southern side beach while enjoying dinner on the decks. This southern side cottage is open, with hardware floors throughout and full of natural light.

This property is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport! A car is needed to get to the property.
