Not to far from the center of North Creek. A small town where we went to eat. We ended up at a wine bar and were stunned that so good places could be found right there.
Beautiful nature, forest close by and good for chill out.â
âLoved this place. Os tayed last year and pool was open. Thisbyear it wasnt when I went in May. So thats why I chose it again. I mean it could use updating but staff kind and serves its purpose. I asked a late checknout cuz when to hike a high peak and came back late. They were kind to let me late check out.â
âI recently stayed at the Snowshoe Lodge in Lake Placid, NY, and it was an absolute gem! The lodge was super cute and impeccably clean, creating such a cozy and welcoming vibe. I especially loved the separate living area with a kitchenette, which made it so convenient for relaxing and whipping up quick meals. The location couldnât have been more perfectâwithin walking distance to the charming downtown Lake Placid, with its shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to some fantastic hiking...
âThe bathroom was new, clean with no mold.
The fridge was working properly, it was not freezing the food like the previous hotel I stayed.
Also, I liked the lobby decoration.
The only thing I didn't like was the fridge being inside the bathroom, but it was not a big deal.â
âBeautiful views of Mirror Lake from front side of hotel. We really enjoyed the balcony. Hotel was clean & the eating area is very pretty, with more views of the lake. We really appreciated being able to walk to Main Street restaurants & shops & were thankful we didn't have to drive or try to find parking. Pool was decent, hot tub as well. â
