This spacious 4BR mountain cabin in Linville Land Harbor sleeps up to 12 and is just minutes from top ski resorts, hiking trails, and year-round adventure. Warm up by the gas fireplace, enjoy meals together at the large dining table, or gather around the private firepit after a day on the slopes. With forest views, and room for everyone, this is the ideal home base for unforgettable family memories.

This modern mountain retreat features relaxed comfortable style with vaulted ceilings and plenty of room for your group to be together with lots of windows for views of nature all around! Located on a quiet cul de sac with plenty of parking! New kitchen and appliances, dining table with seating for 10. Main living area has 2 leather sofas and 2 recliners with 60 inch big screen and a gas fireplace. There is one king bedroom upstairs with 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Three more bedrooms are downstairs with a full bath. There are 3 outdoor decks and a private firepit area that backs to the woods.

Located in Linville Land Harbor, a peaceful mountain community with a lake, golf, hiking, tennis and pickleball—just minutes from Grandfather Mountain, wineries, and ski slopes. The golf course and pool are only open in the warmer months and closes for the winter time.

The neighborhood has lots of small streets and unique homes. There is plenty of off street parking at the home. There are lots of golf carts in the community and you are welcome to bring one along for your stay if you like.

If you have any questions about Linville Land Harbor, our neighborhood, you can find out a lot of information on their website. Community features public golf course, pool, and beach on our beautiful lake and The Point that is decorated for holidays! There is also a game room with pool tables, ping pong and more! To access these amenities you will need a QR code that I will forward to you upon arrival.

We have a Tesla charger at another home we own in the neighborhood that you are welcome to use with a Tesla or an adaptor for other vehicles.
We do allow pets but must have prior approval and pay the pet fee. The housekeeper charges us more for cleaning if there is a pet so please adhere to these rules.

Please only use the remote to operate the gas fireplace. The remote control should be on the mantel or next to it attached to the wall. It will be up high so small children cannot reach it.
