Ljus och ljus, fullt möblerad 1br / 1. 5ba på övervåningen i liten byggnad på halvön! Det är den enda övervåningen så det finns inga delade väggar! Det ligger ett hus från sanden så att du kan gå till stranden på mindre än 50 steg! Gå till havet, bukten, restauranger, marknader och buss. Mindre än en mil till Newport Pier och en halvtimme till Disneyland och Knott's Berry Farm. Ungefär en timme till centrala Los Angeles och en och en halv timme till San Diego. Massor av bekvämligheter och gratis WiFi!

Detta är en ombyggnad på övervåningen som har ett stort privat däck med utsikt över bukten - den perfekta platsen att koppla av och läsa en bok eller grilla upp något läckert (eller titta på den berömda Newport Beach Boat Parade vid jul ELLER en panoramautsikt över fyrverkerier från Disneyland till sanddynerna den 4 juli)! Den har också vägg-till-vägg-matta överallt med kakelgolv i badrum och kök. Det har graniträknare i kök, apparater i rostfritt stål (räckvidd, inbyggd ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kylskåp med ismaskin och vattenfördelare) och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lokalerna. Fastigheten har uppdaterade fönster i hela!

Sängkläder och badlakan ingår. Veckovis och nattlig all-inclusive-avgift utan extra skatter över vad som anges! Stort värde på en fantastisk plats!

Enheten sover högst 5. Det finns en dubbelsäng i sovrummet och två hopfällbara bäddsoffor i vardagsrummet: en dubbelsäng och en tvillingstorlek. Köket inkluderar grundläggande köksredskap, grytor och kastruller, bestick, koppar, tallrikar, kaffebryggare, mixer och brödrost. Enorm matsal med bord och stolar. Det finns en grill, bord och stolar på däck. Kabel-TV och WiFi ingår. Gatuparkering finns. Strandutrustning (stolar, surfbrädor, cyklar osv.) Finns att hyra på 15th Street Surf Shop mindre än ett kvarter bort.

We love the location. Across from the lighthouse and marina. Steps to the beach. Able to walk everywhere! Comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, grill on the deck. Garage parking. We loved our stay, and are already booked for next year! Great walks, beautiful sunsets. Spent great happy hours all over the peninsula.

The place was just like the picture. Short walk to the beach and you could hear the ocean from the bedroom. Matt was great, first time the host actually checked up and made sure everything was okay. Definitely would recommend the stay.

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and welcoming it felt. Being just steps from the sand was an absolute dream – we could go from coffee on the deck to toes in the ocean in mere minutes, which was fantastic with three energetic kids in tow.The house offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out, ensuring comfort and privacy. We especially appreciated the great garage parking, which made coming and going incredibly convenient and stress-free. Beyond the fantastic location and ample room, the house itself was wonderfully clean and comfy. We had an amazing stay at this home just off 16th! The location was unbeatable as it was close to the sand and a short walk to our favorite places - Seaside Donuts, Pipeline, and Bonzai. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, easy access, and grill on the patio. It was quiet without being too far away from the pier. Matt the host was responsive, friendly, and made everything a breeze. He takes great care of the property and genuinely wants guests to enjoy their stay. We were introduced to this property by a friend and are already recommending it to others. Our family would absolutely come back and highly recommends this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Amazing as always

Matt's property is never anything less than exceptional. We had an amazing 10 days just lounging at the beach and enjoying the peaceful comforts of the house. As always, Matt provides plenty of beach essentials to make the trip more comfortable. We enjoyed having such a selection of puzzles, games and novels......and the bed is the most comfortable thing you will ever sleep on. Cant wait to come back next year.

Wonderful Location

Our family loved staying at Matt’s place. Matt is very responsive, communicative, and the check-in process is easy. We’ve stayed at several places throughout the peninsula and thought this unit wss in a perfect location - far enough away from the pier to avoid the craziness but close enough to walk there in 10 minutes. The place itself is cozy, quaint, and comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We were easily able to attend an Angels game and take the kids to Disneyland. We hope to return in the future!

Awesome beach house

This charming house is the perfect location for exploring the balboa peninsula on foot or bikes! Beautiful views front and back, the bay at night is magic, walking the beach in the morning to get donuts even better! Having a place to park and keep bikes is priceless! Clean too, sheets, bedding all the good stuff for being comfy and suprisingly quiet at night for being right in the middle of all the lovely beach things!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the beach. We loved the location. It was quiet with a beautiful bay view and mini ocean view, the spacious patio and furniture, the full kitchen, the large screen TV and fun fireplace. The king size bed is perfect. Vacation Paradise

The location is perfect. We walked every where from pier tp pier to Lido. Steps away from the beach and across the street from the lighthouse restaurant and marina park. Very comfortable bed. Nice cross breeze from front to back. Large deck. All the amenities you could ask for. If you want to cook. Or grill. But many restaurants options are close. Garage parking was a blessing. Communication was excellent and we look forward to working with Matt again. And many future stays. The Turners

Great place to enjoy Newport Beach

Our family of five, including three kids aged 7 to 12, absolutely loved the apartment. Its prime location, just steps away from the beach and the Marina park playground, was perfect for us. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with small appliances, making it feel like home. We especially enjoyed spending time on the large balcony, taking in the beautiful view. Communication with the owner was excellent—he was very kind and provided thorough details about what to expect on our arrival day, along with clear instructions for our stay.

The Pentecost place is the place to be if you want some fun ocean and a home with a breeze. You can walk to the beach and not have to park So make your reservation before it's gone like a lark.
