A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families.

What I paid for and what I got. We're 2 different things. I signed up for was a Unit with a beach view. And there was no beach view, and if they consider looking between two buildings of beach view shame on them. Then there's no heat or air. You have to move the heater from one room to the next. That would be okay if there was two heaters And lastly I'm a call to report a concern about the close. T door having a humongous crack in it. I never got any response. But again the most Disappointing part was that I signed up for a Unit with a view of the beach. And that is definitely not what I got.

The floor and dishes were dirty. No cups in a full kitchen. Window above bed won’t close making it super cold at night. The limited amount of parking made doing anything outside the area challenging.

Great location

I rented the 2 (1.5) bedroom. The room stated that it had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It had one queen bed, a futon and a sofa bed. I don’t think you can say that a futon is a queen bed especially when it is warped with a bar in the middle. If you have a young child that plans to sleep on it, it may be fine. Not great for someone in their 40’s. The location is Amazing. The parking is ok if you don’t mind paying. The price was reasonable. The walls are thin. There isn’t much bedding provided unless you are sleeping in the bedroom so bring some blankets. There was one blanket in the futon room that hadn’t been cleaned. If you want a cheap beach house this is a great place, but don’t have too high expectations.

Don't stay here.

This is literally the worst accommodation I've ever paid money to stay at. I couldn't stop saying to myself--"this is a joke". In fact, after a single night, I paid to move to another facility, forfeiting my prepaid fee for the planned four nights at this location.

It is OK. The location was great but the place was just awful. Super tiny and really dirty. And the cleaning lady made sure to tell us that the couch was broken in the living room and that she had told the owner several times. It’s slanted pretty bad and that was one of the beds.

The location was beautiful, right on the beach. Also, there are lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The night we got there was very noisy though so be thoughtful about when you visit. To be fair, it was Saturday of the end of Spring break week for OC and it did quiet down. The condo wasn’t as spacious or nice as it looked in the pics. Chips and dents in the wall, a leaking bathroom sink and towel rack falling off the wall, no microwave or ability control the thermostat. Also, my condo came with a parking spot, which kept getting taken by other people. And if there was an open spot, I had to drive over a curb to park. Very narrow with barely any room. That said, it was an overall beautiful experience. Just not exactly what I thought I paid for.

NEVER AGAIN! I was shocked to arrive with no eoom to get my luggage through the driveway. The front door was wide open and need to be manually locked which no one does. The room was freezing cold and the only source of heat is a space heater. The bathroom had someone else's hair in the shower along with the bedsheets. The filter in the ice maker and refrigerator was way overdue for a change. The television froze about every 20 minutes. The doors look like they are falling apart. I finally started closing the front door myself after people left only to be yelled at by a maintenance guy to leave them open. I finally opted to stay with friends.

NOT RECOMMENDED!

Location is the only thing decent about these places. It allowed me to book 4 people in a place where no more than 1 person could fit. You had to bend like a contortionist to squeeze into the restroom. Expensive for what you get. Most definitely not a hotel as there is no management onsite, old flimsy walls and loud location.

Location is the only good thing about this property. Very old and out of date. Extremely small living space. We got the unit facing the beach with patio touching the sand. The bathroom smelled like someone dumped a bottle of bleach in it. Took me 2 days to get rid of the smell. The blinds were broken and 2 days later management sent a repairman to fix them which took him most of the day so we were forced to stay out until he was done. This property has a lot of units in the building (12+), so lot of noise and people walking around making noises. This is my first bad review in over 100 stays because it was quite a negative experience as I am a seasoned traveler. I paid the most I ever have for a stay as well. Will never book with this property management company again.
