Visit Dartmouth with its busy harbour, castle, shops and galleries or Teignmouth, an attractive seaside town with a promenade, beach and pier. Also, nearby are Totnes, Paignton and Exeter. Amongst the many family attractions are Cockington Country Park, Crealy Adventure Park, Woodlands Adventure Park and the famous Dartmouth and South Devon heritage steam railways. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away, both horse riding and walking across the stunning landscapes are popular.

Stepping into this cosy cottage you will find yourself in the living area, where you can relax in front of the traditional wood burner and Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner is an attractive space with everything you need in the well equipped kitchen area including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, the dining area is ideal whether you’re grabbing a snack or sitting down to enjoy a special meal. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, the king-size with TV and stylish en-suite shower room with WC and a cosy twin room with en-suite bathroom and WC.

Heading outside you can relax in the charming enclosed courtyard area with seating and BBQ, whilst children can play outside in the shared play area with play house, swings and climbing frame. The rear door of this property gives easy access to the shared indoor heated swimming pool (with changing and shower facilities) which is open all year. There is also a shared games room with WiFi, pool table (a small charge applies), table tennis, table football and a collection of toys for younger guests. A tumble dryer is available in the foyer area of this building (a small charge applies). There is ample parking available including an electric charging point for electric vehicles
