“Very pleasant stay and great location! Special shout out to Olivia who did a tremendous job at breakfast, the dining room was packed with guests and it overflowed into the lounge bar too! They were working with skeleton staff and everyone came down to eat at the same time, however, she did a fantastic job … well done Olivia!”

“All of the staff from the reception team to the breakfast team bar team and room cleaning team were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and quiet with plenty of tea/coffee/milk/ biscuits for our 1 night stay. We really enjoyed having use of the pool/steam room/sauna and jacuzzi. Especially adults gaving use of it for an hour before children were allowed in. Definitely would stay there again. ”

“We stayed in a premium sea view room which had plenty of room for 2 adults, 1 child (who was very pleased to have a whole sofa bed to herself!) and a baby. Baby cot was set up as requested on our arrival. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was really nice and good temperature. “The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now.
