“This is a great hotel in Knoxville. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. They do have a dress code at the rooftop bar, which seemed odd becuase to get to the pool you have to walk through this area where staff members remind you of the dress code. There is no other way to get to the pool.”

“The staff was incredible. The hotel was nice and smelled great. However, be prepared to pay for parking. The garage is about a block away and charges $20 a day. The hotel was recently opened so there was no gym and most of the electric did not work in the room. We had to move the refrigerator across the room and we had to plug the microwave into a bathroom outlet to make it work. The staff apologized and were super nice. There were "joints" on the floor in the lobby which smelled up everything....
