Supernöjd gäst.
Sheraton är Sheraton. Allt var bra. Kan inte komma på något negativt. Frukosten var något av det bästa jag upplevt under alla mina resor under 40 år. Läget, servicen standard, allt är som man önsksr att alla hotell borde vara. Kan inte bli bättre. Supernöjd

Jättetrevligt strandhotell med fantastisk personal
Mycket trevligt hotell med alla bekvämligheter och fantastiskt service-minded personal. Perfekt tidpunkt när vi besökte Nha Trang i början av oktober (underbart väder med en del molnighet och lite eftermiddags-regn, gott om plats på stranden/hotellet osv).

Mycket nöjda
Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellet. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Under de 12 nätterna vi bodde där blev rummet städat före lunch alla dagar utom en. Bra frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på. Kan ibland vara lite lyhört genom anslutningsdörren till rummet brevid. Ett hotell med bra atmosfär som vi definitivt kan rekommendera.

Väldigt bra hotell! Trevlig personal, god mat, fräscht och rent. Vi anlände några timmar innan incheckningstiden, men personalen hjälpte oss att få vårt rum tidigare. Medans vi väntade fick vi tillgång till poolområdet och restauranger/barer. Rummet var lite litet, men ändå lagom. Sängen var helt underbar! Fint poolområde, och hotellet hade även egna solstolar på stranden. Rekommenderas varmt!

대체적으로 만족했습니다. 숙소가 오래되어서 낡은 느낌이 조금 있었지만, 대체로 청결하고, 직원들의 서비스는 아주 만족스러웠어요. 데스크와 레스토랑에 있던 한국스텝분들 너무 친절하셨고, 레이트체크아웃신청한시간보다 조금 일찍 체크아웃했더니 시간대별로 추가요금을 깍아주신점.. 너무 사려깊었습니다.
우리가 묵었던 숙소입니다. 뷰가 끝내주죠!!

Great location and room and friendly crews.. I would not come for food though.. somehow sadly lacks tastes and flavor consistently in their food overall.. And, ran into a couple incidents that i was served unclean napkins.. each time, mgr accommodated with free dinner..

Conveniently situated near retail shopping mall and local restaurants. Customer service is top notch and friendly. Room configuration and smoked glass bathroom facing shower stall is an odd setup for a western 5-star brand hotel…otherwise, all good.

((많진않지만 해외 15개국이상 경험 및 현재 묵고있는 빈원더스 내 숙소(**** 리조트)와 비교결과)) 1. 한국인 매니저님의 친절함이 최대의 장점입니다. 한국인이 계셔도 카톡까지 보내주시면서 챙겨주시는 호텔은 처음 봤습니다. 덕분에 기분도 좋았고, 다음일정 때문에 바쁘게 체크아웃 할 때도 최대한 저희입장에서 도와주셔서 여행 잘 다니고 있습니다. 어르신들과 오시거나 의사소통이 힘들다면 쉐라톤 적극추천드립니다. 2. 조식 등 식당 : 빈원더스 대비 매우만족(고수취향, 쌀국수, 메뉴, 커피의 맛 모두 고려하신 티가 납니다.) 3. 헬스장과 사우나 : 저는 유산소해서 땀내기 좋았지만 다른 분들은 조금 더워 했습니다. 4. 수영장 : 빈원더스 내 뷰가 더 좋긴 하지만 나트랑 북부~중심부 해안가 호텔들 중 뷰나 조명도가 2손가락안에 듭니다. 5. 루프탑 바 : 야경을 즐기기에 좋고, 메뉴도 무난했습니다. 대부분의 바에서 판매하는 안주류를 추가한다면 더 좋지 않을까 싶습니다. 6. 숙소상태나 뷰 : 깔끔하고 특히 침구류 상태가 매우 좋습니다. 룸서비스나 청소상태 매우 양호한 편이라 아주 잘 잤습니다. 전반적으로 매우만족한 숙소입니다. 감사합니다!
