The cottage is located very close to the small town of Craon. It offers all services and shops. Don't miss its historic center. Even more grandiose is the Robert Tatin open-air museum, a guaranteed change of scenery!
For your outings: the Rincerie leisure center (8 km): swimming, wake park (water ski lift). In Craon: aquatic complex with spa.
With a fishing license, you can go to the Usure River (300m) or the Rincerie leisure center. The natural swimming pool (240 m²) is open from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting). It is unheated, with a depth of 1.5 m to 1.7 m, a width of 15 m, and a length of 15 m. The pool is shared with a second gîte and the owner's guests (swimming charter must be respected). The gîte has a completely separate entrance and terrace on two levels.
