Very clean room. Comfortable bed. We didn't have time for the hot breakfast due to our grandsons lacrosse tournament, but I know it would have been great. Hostess even stopped us and said she was ready to cook for us. Very pleasant lady. Will be back if we are in the area.

Great location…if the weather wasn’t a wind storm we could have walked to the falls no issue. Room was extremely clean. We didn’t have time in our schedule to make it to breakfast, but it sure smelled good!

The room was great, it had everything I needed and was very clean. The TV, mini fridge, and shower soap were all great amenities as well. The included breakfast was also cooked wonderfully each morning and the surrounding area had good spots for lunch. I'll stay here again if I'm ever back in Niagara.

It is close by the Niagra Falls. It takes about seventeen minutes of walk along Dunn Street to the Falls area.

This is a lovely place within walking distance of the Niagara Falls tourism district, at least during the warmer months of the year. In the cold of winter, it's probably too far. Still, it's only a five-minute drive, if that. The house is clean and organized, and our bedroom/bathroom was a decent size with a comfortable bed. The highlight was the home-cooked breakfast the following morning. The only drawback was the potential of getting stuck in the snow when pulling in and out of the driveway. We stayed on a snowy evening... but the driveway was all cleared out by the time we left the next morning. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Cute place
Cute bed and breakfast house with fabulous breakfast! Eggs toast bacon sausages yogurt etc... made to order! Reasonable price and good location for crossing into USA for shopping. Door codes make for easy entry. Bed was a bit firm for us but place was very clean and we would recommend it.

The property was clean. There was no remote for the tv And the tv in the living room didn't work. All in all it was a nice place for the price. Breakfast service was good, not great. The cook was very friendly.

Wonderful stay at Anna's B&B!
Our stay at Anna's B&B was excellent! The property was extremely well maintained inside and out. The breakfast and service was wonderful. We highly recommend staying at Anna's and we will definitely be coming back!

The room was eclectic but reminded me of my mom's decor. The location is convenient but the road had traffic noise through the night. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows.

Hello Pierre Thank you for your comments. You booked the room but you have no idea what is the check in time . You arrived early in the morning and texted me ( shoot I guess I am too early, what time should I come ? ) I arranged early check in but after that no response!! At 7 pm you sent me another message ( I'd like to reschedule) then I said we are very sorry we can’t reschedule or cancel at this time . So that’s why you’re very upset and now you are writing something bad about us. Just wanted to let you we are very professional in hotel business and I worked 32 years in hotel. Please accept my apology but next time when you booked the hotel please follow the rules and time.

great place to stay
The rooms are small but efficient, with everything we needed. The breakfast was good, very filling, and we were given choices as to what we wanted. This was not a luxury b and b but for the price it was everything we needed plus. We both slept very well. The location is close to everywhere we wanted to go in Niagara Falls.

It was easy to locate. Check in was smooth and efficient with the room being very clean and spacious. Gym was an added touch. Lots of restaurant choices and shopping in the area. Complimentary breakfast was fresh, hot and assorted to your liking. Recommended for family or fun trip with friends.

The house was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating in the morning, with breakfast made to order. My only suggestion is that the front porch should have an overhead light - I arrived back to the property later in the evening and struggled to see the main entrance pass-code keypad.

The owners did not clear the driveway off snow all day on Saturday, which I was informed of when I called them. I explained that as it had been snowing all day, my car wouldn't be able to get into the driveway, it would get stuck and can they please shovel at least my parking spot. I was therefore first told by one of the owners that he "can't do anything, he's in Toronto". Later I received a message saying that maybe they will clear it, after all. When I arrived to check in, not only was snow not cleared at all and my car could not get in, but there was a big car parked in the middle of the driveway blocking any access whatsoever. At 11 pm I was forced to look for a different accommodation. What is more, owners are refusing to refund all the money, saying "Talk to Expedia about that". I am requesting a full refund of everything I paid. Hoping that Expedia and the owners will fix at least some of the discomfort they caused.

We had received the service whatever a tourist need it for their stay. I can honestly say the environment is pretty amazing and enjoyable.

Location was great… Within walking distance to Main Street/casinos and the falls. The owners pride themselves on cleanliness… They should ensure that all the windows/frames are clean. I opened them as it was very DRY in our room, they were disgusting, looked like they hadn’t done in months. We will revisit the property.

Bathroom floor was dirty, where was the breakfast, only cereal and weak coffee to offer,we didnt even have it not going to recommend to anyone.
