this is a private bedroom , which is a separate unit of the house, with double beds in it and an ensuit bathroom, a small kitchen inside, have a refrigerator and a microwave, there is no living room for this liting.
it is in a very quiet neighborhood , great for a small family or friends vacation.
the location is great, next to our building is the old town of Niagara Falls, there have several resturants and coffee shop, and bars on the queen street. also it is easy to go every sightseeing place, only take you 3 mintus drving to the Falls, and 5 minuts walking distance to the bus terminal and train station.

The space was perfect. For a small space it didn’t feel small at all. It was just one night for us so didn’t explore the area much besides the hornblower. Would stay again.

Host was very helpful. Unit was clean, comfortable and in a great location to Niagara Falls. Walking distance if you don’t mind a little walk. In a quiet neighbourhood too! We would stay again and recommend to other too!

Comfortable stay

It was same as mentioned in the website , clean, comfortable . It was very eeasy to ccommunicate with the owner and helped in check in as well. Closer to the bus route.It was a nice place to stay.

Great Little Spot!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is comfortable and super quiet! It was nice to have a spot way from the main drag and crowds. It was nice walk up the falls or a quick Uber. Only one small thing to mention - there isn't much around; restaurants and stores, if needed. But Uber Eats found us easily.

We loved the quiet atmosphere! The place was nice but a TV in an area with not much to do would have helped! Also, the place needed to be much cleaner! It had some issues with cleanliness inside and out! It is a great place for someone that wants to sleep and site see Niagara Falls!

Lovely Stay

The hosts were so sweet, they greeted us and offered to help with our bags. We loved the firm mattress in the unit. It's very close to the falls and main strip. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend getaway to Niagara Falls. It was so nice to be as close to the falls as we were! There is a bus stop just around the corner that takes you up to the falls and back again. Parking was a little tricky because there were other guests staying in the front of the house but it wasn’t that bad. The bathroom area is just as small as the pictures make it seem. The beds are spring mattresses so if you’re used to a foam bed like I am it took a night to adjust but they are still super comfy! Would definitely come again!

The property was wonderful, cozy as advertized, very comfortable, and the location was perfect for my visit! The hosts were amazing and accommodating when my travel got delayed. They were a joy to work with and i cant say enough good things about the experience!!! Thank you so much!

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

Conveniently located next to busing and old downtown. Small space but quiet, nice neighborhood. Off street parking available. Owner was conscientious and present when needed. Would stay there again. Was a great home base for our time there.

Very happy

I was very impressed with the room itself. It exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were crisp and clean. The towels in the bathroom were soft and fluffy. The host provided coffee and bottled water in the refrigerator. There was shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and body lotion in the washroom and I was not expecting that so it was a nice surprise. The host was very prompt to answer any questions or concerns and they were just delightful people. I highly recommend renting a property from them.

All well with one suggestion

Nice and close to Niagara Falls boats. One suggestion would be on hot days to have air conditioner on for guests. We kind of freaked out at first because we didn’t realize a unit was in the VRBO! It took awhile to cool down once we found the air conditioner! Love to Canada We hate our President too!

Good location

The location was convenient to everything in town. Something of a language barrier communicating with the hosts, but not insurmountable. The couch was a bit gross, and someone else's food was in the refrigerator when we got there.

Bel accueil, le propriétaire répond toujours à l’appel. Tres Chaleureux et accueillant

Très bon séjour, dommage qu’il manque la télévision. Excellente place pour un couple et un ou deux enfants. Un peu loin des chutes. Si vous aimez marcher un peu où dépenser 15$ pour un stationnement au centre ville c’est parfait. Le stationnement était inclu durant notre séjours . Prévoir de payer le stationnement au centre ville pour chaque déplacement. Accueil très Chaleureux . Merci
