The property is a great a family. Communication was great from renting, check in, and check out. Hosts answered all questions a before arrival. Thanks for your help as we enjoyed Niagara Falls. Checked off a bucket list!

We booked this property for our trip to Niagara Falls, the location of this property is excellent, you are about a 20 mins walk to rainbow bridge (to Canada) and about a 30 mins walk to Maid of the Mist (boat ride) the walk is easy to do because it’s on trail with plenty of trees to keep you shaded. The house is clean and the bedroom are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything to make a quick breakfast. However, there is one downfall to this property in my opinion the carpet needs to be replaced it has an awful smell of dog urine, specifically at the entrance. If you’re sensitive to smells like I am you might want to consider the smell. Otherwise if you don’t mind it , this property is for you.

Everything was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very communicative which was super nice and made for easy check in/check out. The only thing was we couldn’t get the tv to work much but it wasn’t a really an issue since we weren’t at the house much.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The home is older but full of charm, character, and warmth. Located in a quiet, established neighborhood. We ended up chatting with a neighbor across the way who has lived in that neighborhood for 60 years! The home is very close (walking distance) to the Niagara Falls State Park and Canada! The home is exactly how it is described. We would definitely stay there again. I had read on other comments about the tenants upstairs and their dog. We had no issues. We had a quiet stay for the 4th of July weekend.

Decent property, older house with older house issues. ( miss aligned doors , old windows, etc ) Good location. Comfortable beds. Large kitchen. Overall a decent stay. Good communication with host. If you’re looking for perfection. It’s not it. But not a bad place.

The home has all the items needed for our stay. The home looked exactly as it shows. The upstairs tenant is loud at times during the day and evening, but not super late in the evening. I enjoyed the convenience of location to the aquarium and the falls.

The area that the house is in itself was quiet.There’s an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment which I didn’t realize, I have loud kids so I’m sure whoever was upset did not love that. All in all it was a good time.

This was a perfect place for a short term stay in Niagara Falls. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it was spacious and well equipped for anyone wishing to cook. Only one small concern is that the bathtub is slippery and there are no grab bars.
