This home was built in August 2022 and offers two bedrooms with 3 beds (sleeps 6) a spacious open layout living room and kitchen and huge bathroom. Across the street from the NF State Park it is walking distance to the Falls Attractions and Casino! 312 D (Upper)

We were very happy with the easy walking distance to both the park and restaurants, also the casino. The Property was clean and as displayed on the web-site. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

This property was perfect for our family of 5. We only had 24 hours to spend in Niagara Falls and the location was located perfectly for us to squeeze in as much activity as we could. Frank was very responsive when we needed him. Would stay again!

Great location, very spacious apartment

You can’t beat the location - in a walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and very clean, a lot of extra towels. The beds were very comfortable.we would highly recommend this place for staying while visiting Niagara Falls.

Amazing location

We had a great stay with an amazing location right across the street from Niagara State Park. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a small hiccup with our check-in as we didn't get the unlock code until the morning of and I had a little difficulty reaching the owner. It all ended up fine, it just made me a little nervous as I was also having issues with the VRBO app making it difficult to check messages. When I needed to call the owner with a quick question he responded right away. We had a great stay!

Great Potential - could be a solid 5

The condominium was very nice and presented well upon arrival. Parking pass was not in the condo so we had to go to the hotel desk next door to obtain a pass. Later in the visit we noticed that there were reserved spaces in the hotel parking lot for the condos. When we settled in for our visit, the bathroom was not cleaned to match the rest of the condo and this was dissappointing. Nevertheless, the location was ideal for visiting the Niagara Falls Park and in a nice area of the town.

So close you can hear the Falls….

We really enjoyed the great location of this property, literally across the street from a pathway in the State Park that leads down to the river and falls. Two blocks from the main park entrance. And, the property itself is very nice. Well appointed, very clean, everything is is modern, new, fresh. Kitchen is well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The area around the apartment is quiet and safe, lots of tourists walking by the building all day and never a problem. Plus, the free off-street parking (maybe 100 feet from the apartment building) is a huge benefit in a tourist town like Niagara Falls.

Perfect size and fantastic location

All attractions were within walking distance. Everything was new and the amenities were what we needed with nice attention to detail. The beds were comfy and great after all the walking! Had a great experience!
