Just 2 Blocks from the World Famous Niagara Falls State Park, this fully furnished and equipped home is perfect for your Niagara Falls Vacation. This home was built in August 2022 and offers two bedrooms with 3 beds (sleeps 6) a spacious open layout living room and kitchen and huge bathroom. Across the street from the NF State Park it is walking distance to the Falls Attractions and Casino! 314 E (lower)

Walking distance to Niagara Falls state park

We had a good stay. The place looked clean and stocked well with the basic needs. Parking is nearby. You do have to walk around the gated area to get to the units. We had a bottom unit, yes you can hear footsteps. I would say it’s the same style as many condos with the same issue. We were able to walk everywhere. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. The location is perfect! We only had a few minor issues: coffee machine was stuck in descale mode, Couldn’t get one of the tv’s , living room, to pick up spectrum. My biggest issue was that I did not get the door code until about 30 minutes before check-in. Don’t be like me and wait until the day of to contact them.we would stay here again! On a side note if you like food trucks there are plenty a few blocks away on rainbow blvd! .

Falls stay

For the most part things were good. The air vents were really dirty and the way the building was constructed you could hear every movement upstairs. I think there was a small child above us and each morning I woke to hearing them running back and forth in the unit. The unit itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. The towels on our bed were in the shape of swans when we arrived. That was a nice touch. Great location.

Williamson Summer Vaca

The property was just as advertised and felt like home. It was spacious and well kept. Next time we will know to stay on top because for a few days it was piece and quiet until a family with a toddler ran a marathon all day long!! Otherwise, the trip and accommodations were awesome!!

Location, Spacious, Clean!!!

This condo was exactly what we needed for 5 people. The location couldn't have been better. A short walk to the falls and any downtown activity you would want to do. I would book this place again without looking anywhere else at the falls. The place was impeccably clean and had everything you need to cook and spread out an relax.

Great location, clean apartment

The apartment was very clean and had all we needed inside. Parking was also convenient. We felt very safe in this area and the falls were just a short walk away. A great option for those looking to stay in NY for a visit to the falls state park.

Clean and comfortable place

The place was clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use some updated cooking items (it had one very burnt spatula). Communication was non-existent with host that caused us stress when we had to make multiple contacts to obtain access to the property (we were at the property on checking day at 6pm crossing our fingers that we could get a hold of host). He was very nice and apologized. Nevertheless, we had not had a very positive start to our vacation.

Lovely Niagara

This condo is located right across the street from the state park. Also local restaurants are within walking distance. The condo is very clean and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Yes you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, but quiet hours are enforced ;and we heard nothing during this time. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location

Basic townhouse in excellent location to walk to Niagara Falls. Free, safe parking was helpful. Host was helpful and accessible. Was exactly as described. Only disappointment was it was rather noisy from upstairs neighbors.
